“Very clean and close to everything. Great location. Very accommodating when we wanted to add a day. Also when I had issues with Roku the host immediately responded. However it was difficult to keep track of all the communication (text messages, app messages, and email). The text message sent prior to checkin gave us a different room number and entry code from the virtual desk that was incorrect, so checkin required 2 calls to support and a little frustration. Always use the virtual desk for any info. If you call for assistance that's what they will tell you to do. Overall we would stay there again. Bring you own coffee and hair dryer.”

“The place was exactly as described. Getting in and out was nice and easy and the downtown proximity was great. The only minor trouble was not having on-site parking, but there was a parking garage just a couple blocks down, so it was still manageable.”

“We appreciated the location, easy walk into the heart of Traverse City, and appreciated the early check in. The space is clean and well lit. However, there are no parking spaces, which really is an issue. We also thought the bare minimum was supplied for dishes and cookware, no trash bags, only 2 dishwasher pods, no dish soap, and the shampoo/bath soap had clearly been watered down … so those small things could have been a lot better. There’s active construction adjacent to the building, which is temporary but not ideal.”
