“I'm annoyed that I kept getting the "we care about you" but then when there was an actual problem I had to share the same information 4 different times to different entities and then meet a person in person only to be told that they won't do anything about it (washer was broken) but also won't offer a partial reimbursement. 1st world problem but annoying. The information on parking is misleading - and the charge isn't through Aribnb (this is against airbnb policy) The parking is not well described - with conflicting information. There is conflicting checkout information as well. You only get one pass to access the facilities which are spread over two separate buildings. This is fine if it is one person - but if there are two of you - you literally can't do whatever you want. (Like go to the pool at different times - or one person to the pool - one person to the gym) They will NOT give you another one if you ask. I just feel like it is stupid corporate bs. Would stay elsewhere.”
