Over all the places nice. Very clean and the building seemed safe with plenty to do in the area. Downsides were unclear check-in instructions. You are sent four different lockbox or door codes and it’s not immediately clear which goes to what so we had some trouble getting into the building. You also will have to spend more money on parking and there’s nothing nearby so be prepared to spend more than just the cost of the Airbnb.

Clean, comfortable, and secure. Doing everything through the app and having no other human in the chain is off-putting to me, but it works. Would absolutely stay here again.

Exact unit we stayed at did not match the photos. I was disappointed since the photos showed a larger unit. The WiFi was very slow. I couldn't use it to browse websites, podcasts did not download, and any video streaming failed. This was very frustrating since I don't have unlimited cell data. The messaging is all AI. You will not talk to someone. My request of having laundry soap (there was none in the unit even though it should have) took over a day to request. The unit was clean. Complementary tea and coffee was good. Glass plates, and cookware available if you wish to cook. Overall a good value.

Tldr: unit door didn't lock and we lost a full day of our vacation with no timelines or adequate compensation Our stay started poorly with the unit being unlocked when we arrived. We did a scan of the unit and were able to lock it from the inside. We were woken up at 2am by the fire alarm. Long term residents of the building informed us this was a common occurrence, typically a few times a month. Luckily we did not lock our door during this time The next morning we tested the keypad for locking and unlocking. We were not able to do so and called Kasa's help desk. We were told to stay in the unit and not leave until they could solve the issue since maintenance would show up to change the lock, which they never did. We were never provided a timeline, and lost a full day of our vacation. Kasa did provide us with a new unit on the same floor after 4pm The compensation offered at first was a laughable $50 for over 8 hours of our time. Less than the cost of 1 night was the final offer.

This was a good value when compared to hotels in the area. The the place was clean and well maintained. My challenge was that an automatic system was incorrect in suggesting that the decibel level in my room was too loud when I was away from the room. I was inconvenienced with having to return to the room to investigate the issue. There was not a person to trouble shoot the issue. And the text messaging was not able to resolve the issue because it was AI. This was very confusing and not helpful. In addition I was awaken at 2am. at night by a false fire alarm and had to evacuate the building. It was reported that this had happened at least twice in the previous week.
