“Some cleanliness issues but staff was sent to attend to it during the stay they just didn’t notify us they were coming and had let themselves into the apartment. Otherwise beautiful larger accommodation”

“The property was conveniently located and provided a good home base, but we were very disappointed with the customer service. The listing states 2 beds, but when we opened the sofa bed the first night, we found dirty tissues inside and discovered it was completely broken and unusable. We then could not get it to close back up again, also leaving us without a couch for our entire stay. We contacted Kasa the next morning and waited hours for a response. We were eventually told they were out of office and someone would come by on the last day of our stay, but no timeframe could be provided. No one ever came or followed up. Paying for 2 beds and receiving only one, with no assistance at this price point, was unacceptable. There was also a dead roach in the washing machine.”
