“Overall, a good place for a quick stay. Clearly a developer-owned Airbnb so expect builder -grade, somewhat low-quality furniture and finishings. Only complaint was the water heater didn’t allow for a good shower. Staff is very friendly.”

“I cannot urge people visiting ATX enough to NOT book at this complex. The couch reeked of cat pee, which was ignored by maintenance and management. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and could not use the sofa. We were never given a top sheet for a 4 night stay, which was also ignored by maintenance and management. The kitchen was left dirty. The unit was not even remotely close to the pictures in the ad. I’ve never stayed somewhere that blatantly ignored maintenance requests from their guests like this place. And they refuse to give more than a 30% refund. If you are staying in ATX, find somewhere else. Do not get stuck paying for a horrible Airbnb like I did.”

“What an amazing place! Tremendous views of the river! Such a great walkable location! The fully-equipped kitchen has all you need to cook at home. The pool is wonderful and super clean. The fitness center was never crowded - no more than 2-3 other people using it. We can’t wait to come back!!”
