“Facility was nice and well located. We arrived to AC unit that was not working and when we inquired well after our check in we were told by staff that they were aware and it would be fixed on Monday, this was a Thursday. Would have been helpful to know earlier as it was very hot and we did have to leave. Kasa gave us a full refund right away, no issues with that.”
