Casago Coachella Valley
4.57Visit website
Casago Coachella Valley's guest rating of 4.57 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Overall a nice place to stay in a beautiful area. The bed was kind of uncomfortable and the corporate management staff was not the most helpful in getting an issue resolved.”airbnb

“Orchid Tree Ln property May 2026 Initially unresponsive after booking. Did not communicate through Airbnb app. Sent two Palm Springs contracts and the price did not reflect the total quoted on the app so that was confusing. Two different codes needed to get in. Only provided 1 of them. Waited an hour outside the house to get the right person on the phone who knew the code. Tv cables were disconnected. A mess of cables is behind the main tv. The necessary hdmi cable was completely disconnected from tv and device. Had to troubleshoot it ourself. Tv was only basic channels and not connected to streaming apps. FYI pool is not good for smaller, new swimmers. Very deep best for adult groups. Don’t forget to request heated pool 48 hours in advance. Finally, this is the most important. Do not stay here without proof of fumigation. Medium size cockroaches in bathroom at least 8 killed. Too many to count of little roaches all over kitchen counters at different times. Bought our own traps.”airbnb

“It was a cute home, but there were issues. In checking in, the instructions were confusing, and incorrect. There were multiple lock boxes in the property. I finally had to call the host to get in. It took us over 25 minutes to get this resolved. The next day, the gardener showed up at 7:00 am. We were not informed about this. The pool looked dingy, so we didn't go in. In the kitchen, there was only one small frying pan, so the kitchen was not well stocked. The T-Fal frying pan had seen better days. Also, the air conditioner was set at 74 degrees. At night, it was cooler outside than inside. We had to contact the host to lower the temperature, and he put it on cooling mode. This is Palm Springs, and it gets warm. Also, they should show the driveway in pictures , it was steep. The wifi password was incorrect. My daughter had to work for a few hours, and we had to call the host for the correct password. My biggest issue was that I tried to contact the host after a family”airbnb

“Honestly never book with Casago. They waited untill the afternoon of the day we checked in to cancel my reservation. They already sent me my codes and check in info then sent me a text to cancel. Communication is awful.”airbnb

“This listing is managed by an agency that was extremely unresponsive. The check-in process was a crisis. We were never given the lockbox code. When we finally managed to contact someone, we were given incorrect codes. We spent over an hour making phone calls and texts without response. We found mold covering the water faucets and filters. Despite notifying management and being promised a fix, maintenance never showed up to clean it. I cannot recommend this listing.”airbnb

“!!!This host is a fraud !!! !!!All guests be cautious !!! I would not recommend this host at all. My original booking became “unavailable” due to their system error, and I was transferred to a cheaper property. The host promised to refund the price difference after check-out, but then avoided giving clear answers about price difference and never handled the issue transparently. The property itself was in terrible condition, serious safety and sanitary issues, far from the listing photos, and caused allergic reactions among my group. We had to leave the next morning. Worse, the host has been uncooperative throughout the refund process and did not properly work with Airbnb to resolve the issue. This experience felt extremely dishonest and it’s a total scam.”airbnb

“after setting up my pc I sat in a desk chair that was incorrectly assembled. it immediately snapped back and knocked me out on the floor. I received a concussion, i have sever back pain and massive bruising on my legs where the arm of the chair smashed into it. Casago has refused to pay for chiropractic visits or any medical check up or treatments following the incident. this ruined our trip and we had to cancel all our hikes and plans besides a short walk up strawberry creek due to the sever back and leg pain and headaches. in dispute resolution at this time. I HIGHLY suggest not renting from any Casago locations as the company is horrible. they also have a silly 10 am checkout time and a rude guy that drives around at 10 am to kick you out. I'd give 0/5 if I could. the house was also dirty and had spider webs all over the upper windows and ceilings and they didn't bother to clean the rugs which where filthy and underneath had wood chips and other filth.”airbnb

“Was a scam. they canceled 2 houses on us and wouldn't respond to calls from us or Airbnb. Do not book from Casago Coachella Valley!!”airbnb

“Stratospheric failure… Owners were inconsiderate, rental was less value than we payed for, and the neighbors directly behind the backyard looks like a junkyard. First of all, my friends and I booked a rental that had a hot tub and waterfront properties (right next to Strawberry Creek). We are avid rockclimbers who climb Lily Rock frequently and would like to celebrate our friends birthday by staying at a luxerious rental instead of a tent for once. But things did not go expected… only 20 mins before our check in, the owners had to cancel our reservation but offered to switch us to another location. Their reasoning was that the rental’s refrigerator wasn’t working. We were already in the valley looking foward to staying so we had to accept the switch. However, the rental they gave us was significantly less of a premeium than the original location we booked. No hotub, 1 floor, and just a backyard that seemed like we were across a junkyard. The owners were also very unresponsive. Sad”airbnb

“We canceled our Airbnb booking after being unable to access the property and receiving no response from the host. Before arrival, I noticed inconsistencies in the listing and contacted the host with no reply. Airbnb also tried reaching them without success but assured me it would be resolved. At check-in, the instructions were incorrect and written for residents, not guests. The property is in a gated community, and we had to find the guest entrance ourselves. Security informed us we were not on the access list and initially denied entry. After calling the host’s property management company, an agent said we would be added, and we were let in. The next day, after leaving for food, we couldn’t re-enter because we were still not on the list. Repeated calls went to voicemail, and Airbnb couldn’t reach them either. After over an hour, Airbnb helped us rebook elsewhere. I never received any replies from my initial communications or follow up after check out. Only automated messages.”airbnb
