“After the door code wait in the rain the toilet backed up into the shower. 2 maintenance men and Finally a certified plumber. I spent hours on the phone waiting for a response for these issues!! It was disgusting! No cleaner came. I was never having FUN in Palm Springs because I spent all my time on Hold or fighting for Casaga’s attention. I will NEVER rent a property run by Casaga again! 2 nd bad experience: East Coast and West Coast. In the bathroom it states that you are dealing with old plumbing yet no plumber can come on short notice.”

“Our stay had some positives, but several issues affected our experience. Upon arrival, our names had not been submitted to the gated community’s security, making entry difficult. There were also multiple gates, some closed at certain hours. We recommend navigating to the main gate rather than the property address. Clearer instructions from the host would have helped. Check-in was further delayed by an incorrect lockbox code. When contacted, the host provided additional incorrect information about the code and lockbox location. The property itself matched the photos and was otherwise enjoyable. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was not cooling properly. The host sent someone to fix it, which we appreciated, but it remained unusable until checkout day. As a result, approximately $90 worth of poultry and dairy spoiled. Overall, while we appreciated the host’s efforts, the check-in difficulties, unclear instructions, and refrigerator issue caused unnecessary stress and expenses.”

“Was provided the wrong code at check In and since this a corporation when you call their support line you have to go through a virtual assistant, then get transferred to a representative out of country and then finally they contact the local property manager who will call you back in 10-15 minutes to get you the correct code. WiFi didn’t work at all even after restarting router and modem. But the condo is in a great location and was clean!”

“Unfortunately this place did not live up to our expectations. We were unable to turn down the A/C under 73 degree in the Indio dessert. Completely ridiculous in a place that can get upwards of 105 degrees plus. Also could not used the HOT tub with out paying for pool heating which was 100 dollars a day.”

“When walking in the first day, Airbnb smelt really bad and the AC was not working (it was 98 degrees inside). Had to leave Airbnb for many hours since it was very hot inside the Airbnb. Host was responsive about the situation, but no one came to fix the AC until 11:30pm. We had to go to sleep really late that night in order to comfortably sleep until the place cooled down. The smell never went away even with the AC on and there were ants everywhere in the living room, we could not sit on the couch for a long time. Lastly, the TV remote did not have batteries, we had to look for some and the TV sound also did not work. Luckily, we went for a two day festival, so we did not have to spend much time at the Airbnb. We appreciated the host being responsive about the AC situation, but I don’t think I would stay there again. Neighborhood in general felt very safe and it was a great location from the festival we went to.”

“Amazing views. Very quiet, great location to disconnect. Make sure the.front door locks have been updated before you book. Also, during hot days, no use of the garage to park vehicles is a bit annoying. Aside from that, awesome house for a couple(s) get away.”

“I think this place is super nice, clean, and good amount of space for 6 people. Only knocking one star for not allowing early check in (they only have options for paid early check in, my party arrived early and they said we would need to pay $200+ to check in early which in my experience in all the airbnbs I’ve visited even internationally I’ve never had to pay lol). I didn’t get to try the pool as there was a storm during my stay so can’t comment on that, but it was a cute backyard. Great amount of space, big beds. Loved the area. We were staying for a festival so if you are looking for a place near the Palm Springs convention center (shuttle stop) this is a great idea. Very responsive team - not sure if it was an AI agent but they were nice, even when I had to edit the stay to two nights instead of three. Overall, I recommend this Airbnb. Just be mindful of NO check in flexibility, which is rare in my experience. Thank you!”

“When booking a Airbnb, we all have a checklist of things that are important to us. Our list was as follows 1. Road Cycling area 2. “Workout Facility. 3. Resort pool. 4. Pickelball courts The Airbnb listings stated under amenities, and still does, as of today “Guest have access to resort amenities” which is completely incorrect as we found out when we tried to access the resort. The only thing you can access is the restaurant! But then again anyone in the Palm Springs area can access the restaurant, even if they don’t reside there! The sad thing is the house and the backyard pool area are amazing and I guess if that is all that is important to you, I would highly recommend the property. To what benefit does the management company ( that ghosted us after initially promising to address the issue) receive by providing critical information on their listing that does not match reality. How does that create a happy customer! FYI: “AIRBNB Support” agreed with us 100%”

“**PROS:** Great location, comfortable beds, great showers, spacious accommodations, and stylish decor. The unique casita was a highlight, and the bikes and pool floats were thoughtful extras. **CONS:** The spa was a major reason we booked this property and paid more than comparable rentals. Only after arrival did we learn that it required an additional fee (price unknown as our 48 hours would be the day we were leaving) and 48 hours’ notice, neither of which was disclosed in the listing or the house rules provided before our stay. The kitchen lacked basic seasonings which has never been an issue in other rentals , and we had to fix the casita toilet before using it. Our request for a one-hour early check-in was also never responded too. Based on this experience, I would prefer renting directly from an owner in the future (not a propert management co") and going forward, will ask more questions that matter to me in what I am looking for in an AIRBNB. Lesson learned.”

“Orchid Tree Ln property May 2026 Initially unresponsive after booking. Did not communicate through Airbnb app. Sent two Palm Springs contracts and the price did not reflect the total quoted on the app so that was confusing. Two different codes needed to get in. Only provided 1 of them. Waited an hour outside the house to get the right person on the phone who knew the code. Tv cables were disconnected. A mess of cables is behind the main tv. The necessary hdmi cable was completely disconnected from tv and device. Had to troubleshoot it ourself. Tv was only basic channels and not connected to streaming apps. FYI pool is not good for smaller, new swimmers. Very deep best for adult groups. Don’t forget to request heated pool 48 hours in advance. Finally, this is the most important. Do not stay here without proof of fumigation. Medium size cockroaches in bathroom at least 8 killed. Too many to count of little roaches all over kitchen counters at different times. Bought our own traps.”
