Casago Coachella Valley
4.51Visit website
Casago Coachella Valley's guest rating of 4.51 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Location was 10/10. Photos still don’t match interior (example, beds don’t have headboards so uncomfortable to sit up in bed). Clean 10/10. Communication with the management team 3/10. Every single door (8 doors) dings loudly every time you open one. The management team argued it was a palm springs requirement. I have stayed at dozens of rentals in PS and this has never happened. Then the house alarms went off and management said they were sending over a manager, they never did. Several phone calls later (alarm the whole time) they finally admitted that they had had the disarm code the whole time.”airbnb

“Orchid Tree Ln property May 2026 Initially unresponsive after booking. Did not communicate through Airbnb app. Sent two Palm Springs contracts and the price did not reflect the total quoted on the app so that was confusing. Two different codes needed to get in. Only provided 1 of them. Waited an hour outside the house to get the right person on the phone who knew the code. Tv cables were disconnected. A mess of cables is behind the main tv. The necessary hdmi cable was completely disconnected from tv and device. Had to troubleshoot it ourself. Tv was only basic channels and not connected to streaming apps. FYI pool is not good for smaller, new swimmers. Very deep best for adult groups. Don’t forget to request heated pool 48 hours in advance. Finally, this is the most important. Do not stay here without proof of fumigation. Medium size cockroaches in bathroom at least 8 killed. Too many to count of little roaches all over kitchen counters at different times. Bought our own traps.”airbnb

“It was a cute home, but there were issues. In checking in, the instructions were confusing, and incorrect. There were multiple lock boxes in the property. I finally had to call the host to get in. It took us over 25 minutes to get this resolved. The next day, the gardener showed up at 7:00 am. We were not informed about this. The pool looked dingy, so we didn't go in. In the kitchen, there was only one small frying pan, so the kitchen was not well stocked. The T-Fal frying pan had seen better days. Also, the air conditioner was set at 74 degrees. At night, it was cooler outside than inside. We had to contact the host to lower the temperature, and he put it on cooling mode. This is Palm Springs, and it gets warm. Also, they should show the driveway in pictures , it was steep. The wifi password was incorrect. My daughter had to work for a few hours, and we had to call the host for the correct password. My biggest issue was that I tried to contact the host after a family”airbnb

“Honestly never book with Casago. They waited untill the afternoon of the day we checked in to cancel my reservation. They already sent me my codes and check in info then sent me a text to cancel. Communication is awful.”airbnb

“This listing is managed by an agency that was extremely unresponsive. The check-in process was a crisis. We were never given the lockbox code. When we finally managed to contact someone, we were given incorrect codes. We spent over an hour making phone calls and texts without response. We found mold covering the water faucets and filters. Despite notifying management and being promised a fix, maintenance never showed up to clean it. I cannot recommend this listing.”airbnb

“!!!This host is a fraud !!! !!!All guests be cautious !!! I would not recommend this host at all. My original booking became “unavailable” due to their system error, and I was transferred to a cheaper property. The host promised to refund the price difference after check-out, but then avoided giving clear answers about price difference and never handled the issue transparently. The property itself was in terrible condition, serious safety and sanitary issues, far from the listing photos, and caused allergic reactions among my group. We had to leave the next morning. Worse, the host has been uncooperative throughout the refund process and did not properly work with Airbnb to resolve the issue. This experience felt extremely dishonest and it’s a total scam.”airbnb
