“We love this development and this is our second time renting in the area. This home is bigger than our needs most of the time, but we enjoyed having the option to have some family and friends stay with us. The location is great with an easy walk to the club house and pools.”

“Our family of five stayed in the unit Nov 2025. The unit and location are beautiful and the place was spotless when we arrived. It is very handy to the pool; which was lightly used by other guests and there were no noise issues whatsoever. The unit was well appointed and well stocked though we ate most of our meal out. There were unusually heavy rains while we were there and there were some water drips through the ceiling that we had to set bowls out to catch. All that said we did not have a great experience dealing with the host (Vacasa) which is a large company advertising their listings on AirBnB. They would not check us in until we signed a long and complex contract with them that was separate from the AirBnB agreement. They also demanded a utility deposit that at the time of this writing has not been refunded. They have also filed a damage claim for bizarre bedding and carpet stains that we categorically deny, but remains with AirBnB mediation. Sad way to end a trip.”

“Nice place. Small bathrooms. Clean. Nice pool and BBQ area. Tons of shopping nearby. Vacasa was quick to answer questions and acquire a couple missing items. We’ll use them again.”

“Great place, exactly as advertised. As others mentioned it is managed by a company but they were responsive and had a local host whose direct number we had and we had absolutely no issues. Would highly recommend”
