Casago Coachella Valley reviews in La Quinta, California

“Place was ok for me and the family neighborhood is nice had some issues with the fridge wasn’t as cold for my groceries so had to get some ice then one afternoon while we were doing the bbq outside sprinklers turned on and all of a sudden water burst in the air from one of the sprinkler heads right by us I guess because of the pressure and them being in the heat and it being old or something we didn’t even get near it boom water about 10ft in the air lol but over all the kids had fun in the pool beds were comfortable keep note you have to pay to heat the jacuzzi and place is managed by a rental agency it’s not a owner like other airbnbs I’ve stayed at so they do take a while to reply if you have concerns or questions”

“Great hosts and place. Thanks for the stay!”

“Nice place, stayed for Stagecoach and was a good fit for 2 people.”

“Enjoyed our stay at 55990, and will be back again for another festival in years to come. Great location and views 🤠🌴”

“The location was great (only a 4-minute drive from the Tennis Garden), and the house was comfortable and well stocked with towels and dining ware. However, communication with Casago leading up to our trip was less than ideal. Casago was unresponsive through Airbnb messaging. I had to call customer service multiple times to request for the pool to be heated, and despite the requests and sending payment, the pool was not heated for our stay. This was very disappointing, as one of the draws of this house was the pool and we did not get to use it. I have reached out to Casago for a full refund on the pool heating fee, and representatives have said that my request will be addressed, but 3 days later, I have not received any further communication from them nor confirmation that a refund will be issued. The house also had ants that invaded some of our food, which we had to throw away.”
