An awesome stay! Communication was super quick and easy with CozySuites, apartment was clean and has a great location for long weekends in downtown! Incredible value for the price, 100% would book with them again!

There was water dripping on ceiling in bedroom from unit above. Floors were dirty and needed mopping. Walls were scuffed. Gaps around fire sprinklers and light fixtures. Lobby area was dirty, to include walls and floors - there was trash left behind.

Overall great spot to stay. The unit was just as described and very comfortable for 1 or 2 people. The building is very clean and there was no noise from the hallway or from neighbors. It could be a little confusing on check-in to pick up the key and get settled. However, the host provided very detailed instructions with photos, so as long as you follow that closely, there should be no problem. Extremely responsive host. I only needed to communicate with some minor questions prior to checking in and my messages were typically answered in less than an hour, sometimes just a few minutes. There were no issues once I was in the apartment, so no need to contact them during my stay, but I believe those questions would have been addressed quickly as well.

Unfortunately, I would not advise people staying at this Airbnb residence. I've been using Airbnb for over 10 years, and I've never had such a poor service, such an unsafe location, such hidden fees and requirements outside of the site, such useless responses, and such a dirty and run-down place. There were at least 10 pages of instructions outside of the application and required sensitve ID info, which meant I couldn't check-in and had to wait. There were people loitering at the entrance at night and in the morning which made me feel unsafe as a woman traveling alone. The bathroom shower was not cleaned at all; there were dings all over the walls; the thinnest blanket with no duvet cover; and flickering lights in the hallways that looked like strobes. No one was present on the premises; they offered no names online and the conversation felt AI-generated; they had no where to store luggage; hidden fees for early check-in; and were generally rude. Please look elsewhere in Pittsburgh.

This place is clearly just a money grab from whoever runs this. The ceiling of the hallway literally fell from being so water damaged and blocked the hallway the entire stay. I literally couldn’t get my suitcase past it .The shared areas were filthy. The space itself inside is bare bones. Mismatched pillows and only two. The toilet was full and wouldn’t flush when I arrived. The bed was broken and it’s so cheap just metal slats. The fan in the bathroom is SO LOUD and there are no other mirror in the place so girls, getting ready is not great. Positives: the location is super great and walkable to some good restaurants and the stadiums. The people who host respond, but it doesn’t do much. The check in is through their website which is so annoying to toggle back and forth too. I wish I paid less.
