“CozySuites is a fine place to stay to visit Downtown Indy and attend the 500. Location is central to restaurants, bars and city venues. This is a 2-3 star location in terms of interior, kitchen and bath. Fine for a guys trip. Host were proactive and responsive. Good value and comfortable stay. Thank you.”

“Great overall stay. I wish we would've known ahead of time that there were no fans in any of the bedrooms and also that we were not allowed on the balcony, but overall those were just minor inconveniences.”

“The location is great. The building is difficult to get into, the door lock fell apart upon entry, the floors were filthy. The doors going into the bedroom and bath were both broken. We had a wonderful trip to Indy but wish we made a better choice in where we stayed.”

“This place was dirty, parking is not convenient, gym is in a different building, trash removal was a pain. Unit was not well appointed with dishes or furniture. No TV in the bedroom? The hallways smell terrible like dog pee, trash and weed.”
