“This is the perfect location for folks who want to be able to explore downtown, CBD and OTR neighborhoods of Cincinnati as well as go across the river to Newport and Covington. We covered a lot of ground from simple walks around the neighborhood - the location is quiet and private but with easy proximity to more exciting night life. We were lucky enough to have the space during the weekend of the Blink 2026 art event! The apartment itself is classic impersonal corporate housing. It has everything you need for comfort - clean linens, kitchen implements, in-unit laundry, toiletries, hair dryers, etc. We hit two snags on this trip: (1) the ROKU TV would not connect to Internet so we couldn't access streaming. The wifi in the unit worked on our phones and laptops. (2) The app you use to check in and check out wouldn't give us check out instructions! I had to call their help line just to understand if I had any cleaning to do. There's got to be a simpler way”

“It was a great stay. I would have given 5 stars all across the board, however the “fully stocked kitchen” did not have a single baking sheet or pan & no can opener. I paid extra because I was saving money on meals I brought, but I could not make any of the sheet pan bakes I brought and we had to spend money on eating those meals out.”

“We came into the city for a Bengals game and enjoyed CozySuites for 3 nights. Great location to the game. Great location to restaurants. Lots of parking garages to choose from. The only down side we had was the bedding! The beds themselves were very comfortable but there were no blankets or extra pillows. They use a very thin sheet and a very thin cover like top and two thin/soft pillows. 2 couples stayed and all of us made a comment about this. We checked every closet and no luck. We ended up buying a blanket to use. Would have been nice to have throw blankets in the living room and some extra bedding. Other than that, the condo was clean, as it appears in the listing and was great for our stay.”

“Everything was as expecting minus this issues with getting into the building and that was made worse because we arrived late at night.”

“This listing is managed by a third party who isn't local, so it made communication very hard. I had an issue getting access to the elevator and it was so hard to connect with someone who could help. These third party hosts create situations that become a "no man's land" for help since Airbnb can't help, the third party can't help because they aren't on site, and then the property management either isn't open or can't help either. CozySuites told me to contact the security guard on site, but then he said I'd have to contact CozySuites, so you just get stuck in this weird loop, where everyone just refers you to everyone else. Outside of those issues, the location was great and the room itself was very clean, spacious, and high-quality.”
