CozySuites reviews in Phoenix, Arizona

“Great location to our conference and great amenities in the condo complex. Coffee maker did not work on morning one but had a new one by that afternoon. Tried to set AC to 70(would not go any lower) but thermostat never read below 75 and it never felt below 75. Thank goodness for ceiling fans in bedrooms on high all night to keep us cool.”

“Overall, the apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location to access the convention center. The building felt safe and the outdoor space was wonderful. We struggled accessing the building at the main entrance and had to reach out to the host before we determined that the code to get in was at a side entrance. When we arrived the apartment smell was terrible. It smelled like animal urine (heads up, this apartment allows pets!) and after much back and forth with the host they sent a maintenance professional to provide an "ozone treatment" which helped a little but the smell was still very bad. Honestly, if the smell had not been an issue it would have been 5 stars all around.”

“Convenient place to go around in Downtown!!”

“We had a great stay here and it’s a stones throw from Chase field if you’re in town for a concert or ballgame. The communication is great and the valet is easy to navigate.”

“Very clean and spacious. Looks exactly like the pictures, easy check in”
