“I booked this place under the pretense that amenities were available and that it would be a clean, comfortable environment. It was none of those things. I don’t fault the owners over the construction taking place, but the lack of amenity availability was not disclosed until 2 days prior to my stay. The unit I stayed in (308) smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke. The unit was not well cleaned, and to add to that, the primary shower head was broken and spewing water, leaving only a secondary handheld shower head level with my abdomen. While the hosts were responsive and tried to be proactive about dealing with issues, the lack of up-front communication and state of the unit make this hard to recommend in the future. The unit size and layout were great. The location was perfect. The walkability and accessibility were perfect. But it was a generally unpleasant stay due to the construction, cleanliness, and gross smell.”

“The place is perfectly fine and well located. However; the check-in and communication is excessive and riddled with friction. It is way more onerous than a hotel. They ask you to verify ID with pictures, confirm your name through a 3P portal, and provide excessive amounts of information. This is way worse than a hotel from a check-in/check-out experiencel; it feels like a paranoid landlord. All I want is to book through Airbnb and get an access code; I don't see why I need to jump through hoops to get a passcode.”

“I loved the individuals that own the Airbnb, they communicate effectively and inform me of anything in an accurate time and they are very friendly and give very detailed instructions, it's no way you can mess up. I stayed with them at another Airbnb and I'll do it again!!☺️”

“Definitely recommended!. The apartment was very well maintained and the location is perfect for those who want access to places in downtown. Almost all major places are just minutes of walk away. The management is pretty well oragnized too.”
