“Loved our stay. Mostly clean and tidy room and well maintained. The parking was great , safe gated garage inside the building. Location was best , right in the heart of Nulu. The hosts were responsive to our questions etc. would stay here again.”

“The apt was in a great location, walkable to several restaurants & bars. Beds were ok, couch was hard as a rock. The parking garage was a huge plus for us and the area felt very safe. Can be a little loud as we could hear every step the person upstairs took. Overall, it was a great stay for our 2 day trip. Host company was quick to respond to us and incredibly friendly.”

“The apt was clean &uncluttered, and the building amenities are what make this place. I was in town for pre-Derby activities & wanted a pool; it was open, clean, & usable in late April. Loved the outdoor grills/games and pool table. Safe, locked garage parking. Check-in threw me off at first (I booked same-day & only quickly reviewed the directions). Be sure to review the first-entry instructions thoroughly especially the E. Washington St. photo. After contacting the host, it all made sense. Close to Bob Dylan’s delish spot, The Last Refuge. I would definitely recommend & stay again!”
