4.57Visit website
Sleepover's guest rating of 4.57 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Don’t book unless you want a unresponsive host let alone inconsiderate and rude”airbnb

“We had a great stay! Except for when we left my sister forgot her shower caddy full of expensive hair and shower products. They ”didn’t keep anything found in the unit” instead of reaching out to us to tell us we had left it behind. I’m extremely disappointed by this. Most places would have been nice enough to tell us we left something behind. As well as the toilet made a horrible sound that was so bad we had to shut it off in order to sleep. Oh and to top it all Off they have taken down all of their smoke detectors and they were just sitting out on the dining room table.”airbnb

“The space is good overall. However, you should wear slippers or shoes indoors because some parts of the floor are sticky. There’s a yellow substance on the toilet door, and the kitchen has a bad smell. There’s also a slight weed smell, but it’s not too bad once you ventilate the room. The cookware needs to be replaced. Everything is painted, but it might be moldy inside. I noticed some black stains inside the paint next to the tub. The worst part is at night. Something is making a high-pitched noise that’s loud enough to keep me awake. Owner never replied after acknowledged issues about smell and little bugs coming in.”airbnb

“I think for the price and the location I wish it was a bit cleaner and there was more upkeep to the space. It’s nice but you can tell it needs some love.”airbnb

“Love the big space. Poor cleaning. Stained on the bedding, Kitchen chairs. Camera hole on ceilings. 9 nights with only 👇 1-Washcloth 1-Hand towel 2-bath towels My main concern was the housekeeping is very poor for such a beautiful unit. I had to wash everything except the bottom bedding. Oh my word…I honestly wish they can strip the whole bedding and wash after each guest. Long term investment is better than a short term.”airbnb

“Pros: The place itself was amazing. Very beautiful, clean, and exactly like photos. We really did enjoy our stay. The home had many amenities and was perfect . I rate this 5/5. Cons: When we checked in I did mention to host parking pass was flimsy. Unfortunately on night 2, the parking pass fell to the floor and we got towed. I feel like the host could have been more responsive with this issue. Tow company said that 1. Airbnb couldn’t park there 2. then that we didn’t have the permit displayed. Felt that this could have been a conversation between the towing company and host because there was tons of back and forth on where we could park. We paid the fee for our car. Host did apologize for the inconvenience but didn’t offer to make the issue right especially since we followed all the instructions and it was because of the flimsy parking pass we were provided. I did have to reach out twice before they escalated to Airbnb support. I’m still waiting for a solution.”airbnb

“For the price I would have expected more. Photos make it look very upscale, but it is not. Sparse furnishings which all wobble and no TV access. Said there was pool access but we were never given bracelets to do so. Host emailed me at 6am with instructions on turning pool access over to them but again we never had access to begin with. Host sent wrong codes to keys and gates and we were locked out until correct code could be obtained. Very noisy apt complex. There were fights outside as well as loud noises all night and with no TV or even a fan to break up the noise, we didn’t sleep very much and were happy to go home. The gated community did not exists either, the gates never locked after dark. All in all, too expensive for what is offered and we will find other accommodations when traveling to OKC again.”airbnb

“I booked this property as it had such great reviews. As we arrived the first unit we booked was dirty. We messaged the host to try and get it sorted out ultimately we ended up moving into a different unit. Unfortunately this one wasn’t any better two of three towels we received appeared to have make up stains, furniture was broken, the peel stick wallpaper they have was falling off, there was some white substance growing in the Bottom of the coffee pot. The parking situation is awkward at best. It’s a very old building the floors make a ton of nose all units are on the top floor and it feels very inconsiderate to those who actually live there. It’s not a bad area but it’s not great. I will not be coming back and would not recommend to any young/female/solo travelers.”airbnb

“After a 4 week stay, I was met with a "property damage" accusation by the host; I will share issues that demonstrate neglect by the host. I share this so they do not pass on "damages" to a future guest. As other reviewers have mentioned, the bed frame is noisy and has a plastic crate at the bottom propping it up, still an issue with a sloppy fix. The couch is not what is shown on the listing, and bedroom/bed has a different arrangement. Particularly, the bedding provided is not as nice as what is shown. The nonstick coated pots & pans in the unit were extremely scratched and worn--exposing metal. These are not safe to use as they release microplastics and toxic chemicals into food. We had to buy our own pots & pans. Many nights, after the building staff had left, the front door was unlocked. We encountered a homeless person sleeping in the lobby. Clearly a safety issue. Major fixes needed. Positives: Close to downtown & OTR. On-site building staff is friendly.”airbnb
