“This place is the BEST location. About a 5 minute drive or less to every sight in the city. Pretty quiet too for being in downtown Des Moines. The bed was SUPER comfy. We had a super fun family trip with our baby girl celebrating Dads first Father’s Day! Lots of good food and things to do.”

“For the price, I rated this 5 stars, because it was very clean/sanitized, but it only had 1 drinking cup, 2 wine glasses and 6 coffee cups in the kitchen, and the BBQ grill was really dirty with no tools to scrub the grates.”

“Everything was great.Besides the fact the three amenities I wanted and specifically looked for in my search was pool,hot tub, and grill we're not accessible, which really upset me, considering we were having a staycation and thought we would enjoy a hot tub, a pool and be able to grill.I couldn't do any of those things like the post showed. if you read other reviews, it talks about how dirty the couch is. They still haven't cleaned the couch. I really want some of my money back. I don't think this was fair anyway. Shape or form.”
