“The loft is in a great location especially if you want to be near downtown or close to Drake University. It was very clean and the decor was nice. It also had a lot of storage space to put your clothes.”

“This was not the space for a family with a baby. Street parking wasn’t always easy, it’s a bummer renters can’t use the parking lot. The apartment was small, the kitchen has what you need to cook, but everything felt basic and not the “home away from home” feeling we were looking for. If we were younger and without kids it might have been better but then I don’t know how we would have afforded it. Overall felt expensive for what we got.”
