“Place was a very nice studio apartment as advertised! It is more suited for 1 person rather than multiple but a nice place none the less. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because of street parking. Spaces were not always available. I think this was mostly due to the time of year with the university being in session, but it did make it inconvenient at times. If using uber or ride share this would be a perfect stay!”

“Cute little apartment! Very nice shared rooftop space with pool & hot tub. The unit itself was a bit smaller than expected & the balcony that appeared in pictures was only a sliding door with 2 inches of space before the guardrail (not a usable space). There's not always a lot of convenient parking (you have to find a spot on the street). It's disappointing that the parking lot for the building is off limits for airbnb guests. There are however, lots of restaurants within walking distance from the building. Overall, it was a nice stay.”

“The reservation noted 3 people staying and there were only 2 towels. Also there were squished dead bugs on the floor. I would recommend earplugs as the train came thru the night and there were construction workers early in the a.m.”

“Location is great very walkable area . Nice apartment . But I booked for a pool and the pool was empty in the middle of July. Not what I paid for. Also there was food and drink from someone else left in the fridge that wasn’t ours. And there was no toilet paper in the unit when we arrived . 3/5”
