Sleepover in North Little Rock, Arkansas

“For the price I paid for two nights, I could have stayed in a much nicer place that provided more than two thin towels, a place that had a working TV and remote and at least had coffee filters and coffee. The fire alarm went off twice during early hours. Parking was confusing as there was no space labeled for our room number. I will say the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was nice. It felt like we rented an Air B&B in a housing authority unit.”

“In the years of me using Airbnb, I’ve never had a bad experience until this stay. The photos look great, but the actual stay is disgusting. It’s an apartment complex. The parking lot is dark, water leaking everywhere, it smelled like trash/marijuana everywhere. To get to the room was scary, especially with a child. The price I paid is not what I or anyone else should pay. Airbnb shouldn’t be affiliated with places such as this one. My original reservation was another location and 3 weeks before the date I was notified of a changed due to “unforeseen circumstances,” without much explanation. I was given another reservation at the location we stayed… had I known it was going to be like that, I would’ve never accepted. Then, the day of check in, 20 minutes before 4:00 (check in time) I was given another notification of another changed due to “unforeseen circumstances,” I had no other choice , but to accept because I was there already.The host was apathetic, the amenities were not great.”

“The place was great and very clean. The only thing was that you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking from the bedroom.”

“Great location and easy directions on how to get in.had stains and was dirty the tub was dirty looked like it hadn’t been cleaned,the toilet was dirty as well then after one flush the toilet ran and made noise the whole night.Bed was uncomfortable no tv in bedroom aswell.stains on the the coach the chairs was dirty aswell hadn’t been wiped down overall 2 stars for me.”

“Day before arrival, sleepover changed my location due to “unforeseen circumstances “. Room they put me in smelled of cigarettes and air conditioning not working well. No drinking glasses in kitchen, no coffee pot , ice maker didn’t work. No dish towels. Soap for bathroom size of a quarter. No hand soap at all. Very small shampoo and conditioner bottles for 2 day stay. Emailed property attendant about conditions and moved me to another room in same complex. Second room better(air conditioner worked) but still no drinking glasses, bath towel was dirty, shower curtain dirty. Still no ice maker that worked. Only saving grace was that it was across the street from Simmons arena .”
