“The apartment was decent, but looked more worn in person. The biggest issue was the repeated water outages and lack of communication from the host. We experienced multiple water shutoffs during our month-long stay, including a 2 week long scheduled outage the host knew about in advance but never informed us of. We only found out after the water suddenly stopped working. The property manager showed us proof they had emailed the host beforehand. We also repeatedly lost hot water without warning. After reading Google reviews for the apartment complex, we found residents reporting these same water issues over the last year, including weekly shutoffs, and no hot water. This appears to be an ongoing issue the host is aware of but does not disclose in the listing. The apartment was also poorly equipped for a long-term stay, with almost no clothing storage and very limited towels/supplies provided. The failure to disclose ongoing utility problems made this a disappointing experience.”
