“great place to book”

“I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but I think other guests should know about my experience. I booked two nights at over $200/night. Within an hour of arriving, I contacted the hosts because the apartment felt poorly prepared and I did not feel comfortable staying. Issues included a cleaning rag left on the door, stains on the nightstand, sheets that looked questionable, a stain above the toilet, damaged blinds, dirty windows, wall marks, very limited lighting, and a poorly stocked kitchen with old coffee filters but no coffee. The overall impression was more like a bare-bones dorm room than a professionally prepared rental. I left around 1:30 a.m., returned the keys, and went to a Marriott. I sent photos and only asked to be refunded for the unused second night. Despite acknowledging “oversights,” the hosts refused. Others may have a different experience, but based on the condition, preparation, and handling of my concerns, I cannot recommend this property.”

“Very sparse furnishings, shy with the towels, need K cup coffee maker. Couch and chair very uncomfortable, time to replace.”

“I just wanna say that I was very disappointed about my stay here. This place had a lot of unexpected rules for a place that’s not kept very well!!! The bathroom shower curtain was dirty, the light in the bathroom makes a veryyy Louis noise and it has a lot of dirt and con webs very nasty, noticeable smell like hookah or vape the owner did ask if I wanted someone to come over to possibly spray or whatever which I said it was ok because I didn’t feel up to it because I had came in from a long drive and I was tired to wait for anyone the bed omg the bed makes alot of noise there’s no curtain by the bedroom window so once morning hits the sun hits you in the face the walls has stains all over them the hallway is daint you’re expected to take out your own trash I love the fact that it was close to a lot of things but it was a lil in the ghetto the pictures that are shown looks nothing like what I saw again if you’re gonna have all these regulations please make sure the place is well kept”
