“Lights and fan didn’t work for a day and a half. Couldn’t sleep and although they sent a technician this place did NOT meet our expectations. No amenities such as hand soap or even trash bags were provided. Back door never closed properly letting in humidity and bugs. We felt unsafe as a group of girls. WiFi was in and out. The company itself didn’t care to try and accommodate the rest of our needs. They ask a lot for checkout yet can’t provide any basics. Golf cart was SO complicated to figure out they didn’t get the right info. Any calls to them were dropped or they just spoke to us like they didn’t care. Overall I wouldn’t stay here, there are plenty of other properties with great hosts. Do not recommend at ALL”

“First, let us start by saying when we originally booked this spot, there were no ratings or reviews yet, so we were definitely a little skeptical at first. We checked back multiple times leading up to our stay, and there still were no reviews. However, upon arrival, the place was absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, well-kept, and beautifully maintained. The Panhandle employees were extremely responsive, proactive, and always checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, even though we honestly had zero issues during our stay. The experience was so good that we actually accepted their offer to extend our trip for two extra nights at a discounted rate. Amazing customer service, beautiful views, and an incredible condo overall. We will most definitely be back 🥰”

“Gorgeous condo. Beautifully decorated. Perfect location. Stunning view from the balcony. We booked the place last minute but the host was so responsive and everything went very well! Thank you. Would definitely stay there again if mattress in the master bedroom was firmer. My back hurt from it but overall we had a wonderful stay”

“We liked the unit. However they charged too many additional fees. It costs $150 just to park the car. And they charged another $150 for our little dog. On Air Bnb is stated pets welcome. But did not mention an additional fee.”

“Everything was as shown and the view is beautiful! The only complaint was that on day 1 we made a request to fix the door stopper because it would not stay up and kept falling down and stopping the door from shutting. They responded to the text very quickly but never came and fixed the door stop in the 7 days we were there.”

“After driving nearly 600 miles with 3 children, we arrived to find the property was already occupied. The individuals staying there informed us they were friends of the owner and had been given access to the home, despite the listing showing as available when we booked and fully paid. At no point did the host notify us of any issue, cancellation, or conflict. We received no communication and no apology even after the situation occurred. We were essentially left without a place to stay after a full day of travel with our family. Panhandle Getaways did step in to assist and found us a comparable property that was bigger in size and located in a nice location. However, it did not include the golf cart we originally paid for, and we were required to pay an additional $650 out of pocket to secure it. While we are grateful we were able to salvage our trip, this experience caused significant stress, inconvenience, and added financial burden. This listing should not be considered be reliable.”

“We booked this trip last minute with our 3 kids. We drove through the night, checked in at 2 am and slept. It was dark and we could not really see the state of the unit but could smell the mildew smell the moment we walked in. We aired out the room and just figured it’d be closed up for awhile. By 4pm the next day many issues raised. The toilet above us leaked into our bathroom, panhandle never sent anyone to clean it or fix it. Never did water mediation even though the entire ceiling was sopping soaked. We stayed 4 days and still nobody came to remedy this. Next, I investigated the smell, I found very extensive evidence of mold. In the AC, dishwasher, laundry machine, etc. it’s everywhere!! We contacted panhandle, they said they’d send someone to “clean” next day and asked I send pictures. I did and next day no one came, until I texted them at 2pm saying this wasn’t going to work and we wanted a refund. They sent someone after that to my unit without me knowing. It was not cleaned”
