“Loved the area and the place as so clean and home felt!”

“We had a pleasant stay overall. The home was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice community with great amenities. We especially enjoyed having access to the bikes and golf cart, which made getting around easy. The Chill is a great spot to do just that with a variety of food, activities, live music and places to shop. There is beach access at Deer Lake State Park for $3 very close by. We had issues with the internet, television, and refrigeration; however, these issue had limited effect on our trip. Watersound, Florida is definitely a hidden gem worth visiting and thus home allows you to do just that in style.”

“We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The home was comfortable, and in a great location. The only thing I’d like to mention is that the washing machine appears to have mold inside and may need a thorough cleaning or replacement. And, sheets need to be cleaned better, I found some stains on the sheets. Other than that, location was great, a short golf ride to the beach and short walk to the pool.”

“Great place, great location, having a golf cart and bikes is a huge plus and its so close to the beach. Highly recommend.”

“House was very nice and clean! A lot to do within the neighborhood and The Big Chill was a great place to hang out after beach or swimming. Beach access was a bit far compared to other places we have stayed at. With that said, you have a golf cart that will get you there. Deer lake is probably the easiest to park but a very far walk to the beach. Dunes has almost no parking but short walk to the beach. You can also find access points along 30A but parking is very limited along those. Overall great clean house.”
