The house was great! We always stay in the Magnolia cottages when we come to 30a. The golf cart is so convenient to drive down the neighborhood and park right in front of the beach access point. We weren’t notified beforehand that the private beach access point was closed due to construction so that was a bit of an annoyance, but the public beach access was just down the street so it wasn’t too bad getting to the beach with all of our stuff. The house was decently clean when we arrived, but there was still hair in the shower, which always makes me believe that the showers aren’t cleaned well between guest checkout/checkin. The floors were vacuumed/swept, but definitely not mopped. When I wiped the floor with a wet paper towel the paper towel was basically black. Other than those two issues, the rest of the house was clean of clutter. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/cups/utensils. Early check-in was absolutely not an option. I would stay here again, given the value!

This was a cute studio that was in a perfect location. Just a block away from downtown Rosemary, and sitting at a town square of Peddler’s Pavilion. Location was wonderful

We had a great stay at Georgia Peach at the Beach! The house is truly wonderful- fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for our group of 6 (with beds to spare), cozy screen porch, the bikes and golf cart were so fun. We also appreciated the two washers and dryers and ice machine! The neighborhood pool is close- only a short walk away. The beach is close- but does have 3 stories of steps to walk down to sand. Check in and out was quick and easy. A couple of things to note: the screen porch door going inside the house is tricky to lock. I would suggest that clear instructions be available to guests to learn the steps to take to lock the door. Also- there are warning signs posted around the neighborhood about bears in the area. Full time residents stopped us a few times during our stay to warn us that bears were sighted recently. This neighborhood has no street lights so it is basically pitch black at night. Definitely recommend to keep small kids close and a flashlight nearby at night!

This property is perfect for families and groups of friends traveling together. We stayed with our dog and our two teenagers, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The location is ideal, as it’s close to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and the Big Chill. My husband and I took advantage of the beautiful scenery for morning runs, and the beach is just a short walk away. The property itself is wellkept, minimal wear and tear, very clean which is most important. We were very comfortable.
