“4th beach house I’ve stayed at in PSJ—2nd in Windmark neighborhood—hands-down the best! Pictures & description can’t do it justice. 2 families (4 adults + 7 kids) had the perfect amount of space. Comfortable beds; loads of closet & storage; if you need to bring a trailer or 3rd car there’s plenty of room in garage; Well-appointed kitchen—everything you could imagine needing; yard/outdoor toys, outdoor shower & hose; beach gear & toys; games/toys/puzzles for kids AND adults in house; room for everyone to sit to eat or watch tv!! Totally free of artificial fragrances/unscented laundry—we are very sensitive & had NO issues at all. Golf cart a HUGE plus. Things to consider if you have toddlers…there’s no way to lock the front door from inside so you have to block it with something if your kiddo can open. There was also live music very loud that you could hear in the house (sleeping baby) on Friday til past 10pm. This is obviously someone's home they’ve put A LOT of thought into! Amazing!!”airbnb

“I purposely waited two weeks before leaving this review so I could reflect and make sure my feedback was fair. The listing was misleading. It never mentioned that the kitchen and main living area were on the 4th floor. From the front door to the kitchen and back is 94 steps (47 up and 47 down). I traveled with four people over 65, so this was a major issue. After a 10-hour drive, we arrived at check-in time only to find the keypad code was wrong and the garage door didn't work. The property is advertised as beach/oceanfront, but you only get a small glimpse of the water from the 4th floor. The AC failed twice, leaving us with 3 of 6 nights above 80 degrees inside. tech finally replaced part. We also returned from dinner to find the front door standing open because it would not latch properly-broken trim/vinyl. For nearly $3,600 for the week, it simply was not worth the price. The property has potential, but the misleading listing and maintenance issues made this a disappointing stay.”airbnb

“Loved our stay here! Walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes. House was well stocked, even had kids plates & items needed for seafood.”airbnb

“Upon arrival to the room that we had reserved prior we could not contact anyone at the facility. It took an hour and a half to get a hold of someone only for them to tell us that they had given our room to a walk in. They made absolutely no attempt to find us a room there or anywhere else. They just said sorry for the inconvenience and hung up. This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. Stranded 3 hours from home on memorial Day weekend with no place to stay.”airbnb
