“They were very responsive! It was a relaxing family weekend at this location!”

“The property and location were great. It was nice to have a private pool and be walkable to the beach. The house is lovely. However, we were disappointed with our experience with the rental company. Door alarms to the backyard malfunctioned on multiple occasions. While we understand maintenance issues arise, the rental company was slow to respond and at times rude. One night around 6 pm the piercing door alarm went off every 10 seconds, requiring someone to stand by the door for 45 minutes to shut it off repeatedly. When we initially called the company for help, they responded that maintenance was closed and would submit a ticket for the next day. We had infants with us who were terrified of the loud noise, and subsequently did not sleep due to this stress. It took significant effort to convince the company that we needed more immediate help. Follow-up conversations were disjointed and at times dismissive. This added stress during the day, which is not ideal on vacation.”
