Easy check in, great location. We stay in the community often and had to book last minute because of a horrible experience with “Southern Vacation Rentals”. Everything that was included in the listing was actually available!

The condo was nice and clean, it is NOT a 2 queen bed ,1 king bed condo.1 queen bed is a full on a queen frame.Maintenance was average ,went a whole week waiting on a can light bulb, ceiling fan in 1 bedroom didn't work properly and neither problem was fixed while I was there .The condo is miss leading as its really not within walking distance to the beach ,probably a 1/2 mile walk. For the price the fan and the light should have been fixed ,and the ad needs to have the correct description on the beds.

I typically give properties the benefit of the doubt. This is different. Ants were everywhere and when the hosts brought traps it got even worse. This morning I woke up with a swollen arm and two ant bites in my bed. I told the host about the situation and the response was simply “so sorry” and we hope to see you next time. Dirty beds, ants, and a very annoying constant drip in the primary shower made this family trip to the beach a nightmare.

I found this house to be adequate if not really living up to the premium price we paid. Perhaps I need to scale my expectations but there were noticeable stains, leaking appliances, bubbled-up floors, and smoke detector batteries that needed replacing - i.e., the house wasn't really ready for primetime. With better maintenance and repairs this spot could be great again and has a lot to offer. The gated community is great (though note you will need to enter from gate located on Mimmo's Italian restaraunt side) and the pool is nice. We still had a great time on our trip. It's hard to be bummed in paradise, after all!

The house was large and nice, in close proximity to food and the beach. Unfortunately we were not notified that there would be two very active and loud construction sites abutting the property. Using the exterior and pool area was awkward because there were construction workers hovering over the area the entire time, making lots of noise with nail guns, etc., even through the weekend. There were no supplies in the house besides the starters, so we had to purchase full packages of basics such as garbage bags, dishwashing pods, paper towels, even salt and pepper, which is annoying when you’re traveling by plane, and have no way to use the rest. The kitchen refrigerator was not cooling properly, so we had to store basics such as milk and fruit in the garage fridge. The WiFi wasn’t working properly so it was nearly impossible to watch tv anywhere except the living room, and the sound system wasn’t working.
