“In the photos there are free docks for 2 boats, and in fact you can only use 1 dock, there was enough space for the trailers but they are prohibited in the huge driveway, there was an efficient ice machine and some utensils in the kitchen, for the price only that needs correction, however, a good location.”

“5-Star: Location, condo, amenities in condo, beach, resort, drink/food service while on the beach & pools 3-Star: toilets kept running. 20 month old child’s feet were black within 2 hours spent in condo. 2-Star: loved the beach set up. Strongly disliked learning that was at our own expense (+$900 for a family of 4) for the week. This was not disclosed in listing upfront. When I questioned it, I was told no other option & I had the choice to cancel my stay if I wanted. Was told by resort & PHG that personal beach set up was not aloud, I learned once getting there it is aloud, behind the paid set ups. All in all, great location, amazing beach, great resort, so much to do.”

“Beautiful views, but several issues impacted our stay. The beachfront area is small, and the resort places multiple rows of rental chairs on the beach. Rentals were an additional $60/day, which felt excessive. Since we bought our own gear, we had to set up behind the rental chairs, limiting our water views while on the sand. Noise from the unit above was constant and often disruptive, including late at night and early in the morning. The unit could use a deep cleaning. Furniture and carpets were visibly stained, walls had marks, and baseboards were dirty. We were also surprised by the lack of basic supplies and had to purchase paper products, seasonings, and cleaning supplies during our stay. The mattresses were uncomfortable and had noticeable body indentations. While the views and location are great, the beach setup, cleanliness, noise, lack of supplies, and mattress condition made the stay less enjoyable than expected.”

“Place was fine, some odd fixtures and a little cosmetic fix up would do wonders. Anytime the AC kicks on, there is a very musty smell. We had a lot of issues getting inside, the check in code wasn't right and they had to reset it about 10 times. Check in instructions mentioned getting in early if you asked in advance. I asked to get in just slightly before 4 so we could drop our stuff off and head to dinner... Not only was it not ready at 4, it took almost an hour of back and forth to get the lock open and I completely missed dinner. Not exactly a great start.”
