Nestly's guest rating of 4.48 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The house was clean, location is near freeways and restaurants. The only hiccup was no water for whole house on the 2nd day and it was hard to get a hold of the host. I did call the number show on the welcome email but got no responses. We were 13 people in the house (adult and kids) had to drive to Publix for restroom. Very inconvenient when you on vacation and wanted to get out the house as planned but….”airbnb

“I was very disappointed. Agreed to pay the outrageous $50 per hour early fee but couldn’t get in till 4 o’clock. Kitchen was not equipped for eight in several areas – only six glasses. The dishwasher was old and truly disgusting with stains. Rugs were dirty. Bathroom had stains in the bathtub and the shower curtain had yellow stains all over it. Towels are old and some are stained. Not enough seating for 8 people – two couches which sat five max. There are always problems that cannot be helped which we encountered, but I totally understand that that happens. The house was very nice and the grounds were pretty”airbnb

“After driving 8 hours the home had trash all over the floor. Dead roaches and grasshoppers were dead as if someone had just sprayed pesticides. Lizards where every where in the house, but we were told that’s normal in that part of Florida. The rooms were not clean. Refrigerator was leaking. AC was not cooling. The pool was already needing to be cleaned, but the kids really wanted to get in so they got in really 1 good time. I cleaned the house and washed everything after I arrived. The maintenance man asked who mopped and cleaned and I told him I did when he came over to unlock the cover on the thermostat. Our stay was from Sunday to Saturday. All issues were relayed on Sunday then again on Wednesday. We were made an offer to checkout early and find somewhere else to stay with 10% of our money back for the nights which was nothing or move to another house for 1 night to enjoy the pool. We stayed so we wouldn’t waste our last day moving to another house just to check out in the morning.”airbnb

“We booked this property at the last minute due to a family emergency. The location was convenient, and the house can accommodate a large group because of the number of bedrooms. Our main concern was the cleanliness when we arrived. The floors were dirty and sandy, and it did not seem like the property had been thoroughly cleaned before check-in. After we contacted the host, they sent someone the following day to clean the common areas, which we appreciated. However, the bedrooms still felt somewhat unclean. The host also gave us the wrong code for getting in and was a bit of a hassle trying to check in when we first arrived. The furniture is a little dated, and the beds and mattresses are fairly basic. The property also has limited common space for a large group. Aside from the small room next to the kitchen, there are not many areas where everyone can comfortably spend time together. There is also an additional fee to use the hot tub, which we found a little unusual.”airbnb

“The Airbnb was nice overall, and we enjoyed our stay despite a few minor maintenance issues. The biggest problem occurred when the power went out for about six hours due to what appeared to be an unpaid electric bill. Neither we nor Airbnb support could reach the host, leaving our group of 12—including three young children and an elderly family member—considering relocating before the power was restored. Just as we packed and started loading the power was restored. No compensation other than a late checkout was offered. The pool also wasn't serviced during our stay despite heavy daily use, and it wasn't cleaned until after we raised the issue. While the property itself was enjoyable, the extended power outage, lack of communication from the host, and poor pool maintenance significantly impacted our experience. Without those issues, this would have been a 4.5-star stay, but we feel a 3-star rating is more than generous and appropriate.”airbnb

“First of all i will start my review with a few minuses ——-The first night the A/C did not work the temperature went up to a crazy 87 that was crazy , the next day it got fixed. ——- No mop , no vacuum ,no garbage bags , i guess that stuff should be in the house. ——- The grill looks like it was not cleaned a long long time. Even when i tried to clean it . Again there was nothing to clean it with . In general. The place is nice the area is quiet no noise, some games for kids. The pool was clean. Separate + for the pool we enjoyed it We did not spend a lot of time in the house because we went spent all days at beach but still the stuff above needs to be taken care off Overall the place is 7.3 /10”airbnb

“The house itself was in a prime location to visit and enjoy the local amenities. There is a beautiful lanai--unfortunately, it was unusable. It was a large furnished room with an updated half bath. The room is not climate controlled and was so incredibly hot (temp showed 120 degrees) that it was unsafe to spend time out there. For people with disabilities, the bathrooms were challenging. No grab bars or helpful assistance tools. Host communication: Little things, for example there was no trash can in the guest bathroom. There was not a cookie sheet. The host asked for us to put the trash out for pickup. We asked for the day of trash pickup--they said the 26th. Trash p/u was a couple of days before that. Pet fees $50/day in small print under other rules. Suggestion for transparency-put in under "pets". The hot tub is $75/day. That seems pretty exorbitant. These fees were disclosed the day before our arrival.”airbnb

“This venue was the worst airbnb experience of my life. We had a stranger enter our home in the middle of the day and the owner just gave a reminder of properly locking the home and left it at that. Another day our neighbors house was broken into by a homeless man. The house is a series of add on rooms with no flow. AC is subpar and our first night we couldn’t get the temperature below 78 degrees. On our third day the kitchen plumbing started leaking and it took 3 more days for the owner to fix it.”airbnb

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, with pet hair found throughout the home, including on furniture, tables, and bedding. The air circulation from the ceiling vents constantly blew hair and dust around, even onto our food while we were eating. We were also concerned that the bed sheets had not been properly washed before our arrival. In addition, the home was not adequately stocked for the number of guests, with only two towels provided for four guests and no bedding available for the couch. The most serious issue was an electrical problem that caused a breaker to trip, leaving a large portion of the house without power. The refrigerator stopped working, the coffee maker and stove became unusable, and the bathroom lights would not work. We did not have access to the main breaker panel and were left dealing with the issue for an entire day without a solution. This significantly disrupted our stay and affected essentia”airbnb

“I’ve never had such a negative Airbnb experience, especially for my bachelorette trip. The home was advertised for 20 guests but was unprepared for our group of 14, over half the bedrooms had no towels, no bathrooms had trash cans, bath mats, or towel racks, and linen closets were empty despite the host saying otherwise. Major issues included no hot water, a non-working fridge, broken lights and switches, a bathtub infested with small black bugs, and tubs that wouldn’t plug. A maintenance worker entered early without notice and left debris everywhere. Security cameras advertised were not working. Most concerning, a stranger entered the home at 1 AM, leading us to call 911 and 7 cops had to sweep the entire property. The host was dismissive, accused us of lying, and many issues remained unresolved. The property was not as described and did not feel safe. I would not recommend staying here.”airbnb
