“After driving 8 hours the home had trash all over the floor. Dead roaches and grasshoppers were dead as if someone had just sprayed pesticides. Lizards where every where in the house, but we were told that’s normal in that part of Florida. The rooms were not clean. Refrigerator was leaking. AC was not cooling. The pool was already needing to be cleaned, but the kids really wanted to get in so they got in really 1 good time. I cleaned the house and washed everything after I arrived. The maintenance man asked who mopped and cleaned and I told him I did when he came over to unlock the cover on the thermostat.Our stay was from Sunday to Saturday. All issues were relayed on Sunday then again on Wednesday. We were made an offer to checkout early and find somewhere else to stay with 10% of our money back for the nights which was nothing or move to another house for 1 night to enjoy the pool. We stayed so we wouldn’t waste our last day moving to another house just to check out in the morning.”

“very cute place was easy to find had issues with getting in and a response back to get in took 40ish minutes. definitely needs more seating for outside and definitely needed a bigger dining table. other wise everything was great. also make sure to ask about the code for AC very warm at arrival.”
