“Overall, the property was great. It fit us all very comfortably! Our issues with the booking were with the management- First, they advertise the property sleeps 24 (it does) but they charge $50/per/night extra past 16 people. 2nd the bedroom photos are AI, they had the originals thankfully when we booked but constantly added/removed/altered photos. Looking now, all AI for bedrooms. 3rd was not having adequate towels. We had 20 people and didn’t have enough regular shower towels for everyone, there are also no beach amenities as they advertised (thankfully we didn’t need those) They had 2 washers and dryers but one of each pair was broken so make sure you check them when you first arrive. Again, overall—the house was great. We were able to house our entire wedding group for the weekend at a good rate for what we got. Just disappointed with the added fees and AI use on their property photos.”

“Not the best neighborhood. The ac couldn’t keep up at all. Terrible smell out by the pool. Was woken up by a mariachi band in the street on day 1. Last night, terrible yelling from the neighbor and excessively loud music after midnight. A small restock of some items would have been nice.”

“This venue was the worst airbnb experience of my life. We had a stranger enter our home in the middle of the day and the owner just gave a reminder of properly locking the home and left it at that. Another day our neighbors house was broken into by a homeless man. The house is a series of add on rooms with no flow. AC is subpar and our first night we couldn’t get the temperature below 78 degrees. On our third day the kitchen plumbing started leaking and it took 3 more days for the owner to fix it.”
