“The house is very comfortable, spacious, and in excellent condition; I really enjoyed my stay and had a great time, despite the weather not being very good. I do have a few points to raise, however: 1) there were very few kitchen utensils; 2) the beach isn't 5 minutes away as stated in the description—it's 15 minutes away; and 3) there is a separate fee for the hot tub, but the description doesn't specify the cost. Also, the service I received when I called wasn't the best; the person came across as arrogant and showed little interest in offering the customer a solution. As I said, though, I had a good experience overall, aside from those issues.”

“Lovely house, exactly as described. Nice neighbours and good location for our planned activities. House was spacious and well appointed. Beds and furniture was comfortable.”

“The house itself was in a prime location to visit and enjoy the local amenities. There is a beautiful lanai--unfortunately, it was unusable. It was a large furnished room with an updated half bath. The room is not climate controlled and was so incredibly hot (temp showed 120 degrees) that it was unsafe to spend time out there. For people with disabilities, the bathrooms were challenging. No grab bars or helpful assistance tools. Host communication: Little things, for example there was no trash can in the guest bathroom. There was not a cookie sheet. The host asked for us to put the trash out for pickup. We asked for the day of trash pickup--they said the 26th. Trash p/u was a couple of days before that. Pet fees $50/day in small print under other rules. Suggestion for transparency-put in under "pets". The hot tub is $75/day. That seems pretty exorbitant. These fees were disclosed the day before our arrival.”
