“Very roomy”

“The house was clean, location is near freeways and restaurants. The only hiccup was no water for whole house on the 2nd day and it was hard to get a hold of the host. I did call the number show on the welcome email but got no responses. We were 13 people in the house (adult and kids) had to drive to Publix for restroom. Very inconvenient when you on vacation and wanted to get out the house as planned but….”

“We booked this property at the last minute due to a family emergency. The location was convenient, and the house can accommodate a large group because of the number of bedrooms. Our main concern was the cleanliness when we arrived. The floors were dirty and sandy, and it did not seem like the property had been thoroughly cleaned before check-in. After we contacted the host, they sent someone the following day to clean the common areas, which we appreciated. However, the bedrooms still felt somewhat unclean. The host also gave us the wrong code for getting in and was a bit of a hassle trying to check in when we first arrived. The furniture is a little dated, and the beds and mattresses are fairly basic. The property also has limited common space for a large group. Aside from the small room next to the kitchen, there are not many areas where everyone can comfortably spend time together. There is also an additional fee to use the hot tub, which we found a little unusual.”
