CozySuites's guest rating of 4.52 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Apartment itself is nice, although I had a couple of big issues. Mainly the apartment is super noisy (it is right next to the interstate and there was always tons of construction) and too bright. The shades in the apartment are terrible quality so the sun blasts you in the eyes when it rises at 5:00 AM. I had to find ways to cover the windows and blast white noise on the tv to fall asleep during my extended stay. They are also quite slow on maintenance. I had a bee infestation for the entire last month of my stay. I reported it, and they never sent anybody to fix it, or if they did they never told me. The bees only disappeared after a record breaking dust storm. Speaking of which, the windows don’t close all the way so you’re dealing with the screeching of howling wind all night if there’s any bad weather… Outside of these glaring issues, the apartment itself is nice. The amenities at the complex are fine, and they were responsive (although maybe not actionable.)”airbnb

“Inside the place was clean the location is convenient really close to the 202 freeway in downtown Chandler but everything is broken on this complex from the gates the hot tub jets the pools were just disgusting yellow foggy I seen a domestic violence situation people screaming, and yelling at each other in a domestic argument, next-door loud pounding music next-door loud pounding above me I wouldn’t recommend this place then Airbnb used to be cool because she would deal with an owner. This is through some agency so they’re very inconsiderate nickel and dime you for everything charge me $50 to check in an hour and a half early said it was because of cleaning, but nobody was there just business for them. They want your money. also, they only have one small TV in the living room. None in the bedrooms. no garbage bags. they had a desk with a chair. The bolts in the chair were all loose. I sat down in. It fell backwards onto my back, sliced my heel open.”airbnb

“Well, they did it again. We decided to extend our stay for a week and saw that their 4th floor putting green view unit was available per their website. We wanted to avoid a move out of the building, so we rolled the dice. Once again, they put us in a ground-floor unit, but this time our patio was two feet from the parking lot! When we complained, we got the same response; the room we reserved wasn’t available and that per their website we aren’t guaranteed the room we reserved. Our smaller, darker, ground floor unit with one bathroom sink and a car bumper/exhaust pipe view isn’t comparable to a 4th floor putting green view with more windows/light and two bathroom sinks. It’s a bait and switch, which Airbnb prohibits. Every time we used the putting green, it was covered in dog crap. Every damn time. They’ll say they aren’t responsible, but they advertise and charge for the amenities, so they absolutely are. If you stay with them, you likely won't get the room you reserved.”airbnb

“This place was dirty, parking is not convenient, gym is in a different building, trash removal was a pain. Unit was not well appointed with dishes or furniture. No TV in the bedroom? The hallways smell terrible like dog pee, trash and weed.”airbnb

“Needed ear plugs, non-stop drilling or bad pipes. No sleep for 2 nights. Awful experience”airbnb

“Place as described. THC was left on the floor. Sent photo to host and they didn't acknowledge it. I traveled with kids ages 2 and 1. This could have ended badly for my family.”airbnb

“This was an awful experience. We were told we could check in at 3:30 and when we arrived at 3:30 the room still wasn’t ready. Once it was ready at 3:45 the code to the room wouldn’t work. Messaged host and all they said was to just wait until 4:00. Spent 30 minutes just standing outside the room. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest and definitely not worth the price. We were only staying the night so we figured we’d deal with it however we couldn’t even sleep thanks to a false fire alarm. It took someone over an hour to finally shut the alarm off. Asked for a full refund for the terrible experience and was only offered a $60 refund. I would not recommend staying at this property.”airbnb

“Unfortunately, I would not advise people staying at this Airbnb residence. I've been using Airbnb for over 10 years, and I've never had such a poor service, such an unsafe location, such hidden fees and requirements outside of the site, such useless responses, and such a dirty and run-down place. There were at least 10 pages of instructions outside of the application and required sensitve ID info, which meant I couldn't check-in and had to wait. There were people loitering at the entrance at night and in the morning which made me feel unsafe as a woman traveling alone. The bathroom shower was not cleaned at all; there were dings all over the walls; the thinnest blanket with no duvet cover; and flickering lights in the hallways that looked like strobes. No one was present on the premises; they offered no names online and the conversation felt AI-generated; they had no where to store luggage; hidden fees for early check-in; and were generally rude. Please look elsewhere in Pittsburgh.”airbnb

“We showed up to our unit that was supposedly ready at 4pm, at 9pm and the unit was untouched from the last guests. There were dirty dishes and towels. The bathrooms were dirty and the beds were slept in. It was disgusting. I was on the phone with 5-6 different people and none were able to help me. Some of them even hung up on me. Air b and b finally sent me some other options of places to rent at 1:15am after I already found a hotel. They offered me 81.00 for my trouble and did not have one bit of sympathy. It was just “sorry for the inconvenience and you’ll get a refund in 15 business days”!!!! So now I’m out $750, paid for 2 rooms and one of our guests slept on the floor of the hotel because we had no more money to rent 2 hotel rooms to accommodate. I will never use this rental or any “chain” rental again. Air b and b needs to remove them from their website. I have rented multiple air b and bs and have never had such a horrible experience!”airbnb
