“Condo was in a great location but response from owners on issues with broken/not working items was terrible even though they state that they have 24 hour service. TV was broken and unable to be replaced during our 4 day stay. There is a great pool but condo does not provide pool towels which is not stated in the description and when asked for we never received. Beds are comfortable but VERY squeaky”

“We stayed at Cozy Suites 5x between 2025-2026 while completing my masters at VU. Due to class schedule & flights, we requested late checkouts each time & each time it was denied - as they blatantly told me they were waiting for a better offer of someone else booking. On one occasion we arrived 30 minutes before check in & asked to enter our unit but were told they were still cleaning the unit. However we were standing in front of the unit & there were no cleaning people on the entire floor. Not one unit had blinds that worked & most were broken. The units need a thorough fix up and there are some shady people that frequent the building. Property management does not care about your safety, needs, or the condition of units. This unit we stayed in was in the darkest corner of the building & we didn’t feel safe at all. Not to mention, the bedroom window with broken blinds was right against the walkway so everyone could see you in bed. There are better places to stay - save your money.”

“This was the worst Airbnb I've stayed in. I didnt get any peace amd quiet. I stayed up all night because it sounded like someone was drilling through the floor. I called the host and they put me in another room but it was not clean. I asked for a partial payment back and they said NO!. I manage an Airbnb in Tennessee and if that had happened to one of the guest we would have refunded their money back instantly so we could keep our 5 star rating and good review. The only thing that was great about the stay is the location but the stay was terrible.”

“DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Believe the bad reviews. This was by far my worst experience ever on Airbnb and with CozySuites. This building is Section 8 HUD housing according to both construction workers, cleaning staff, and tenants of the building. CozySuites will not service or fix any problem at all. I stayed for 3 weeks and despite responding to every message promptly, their repeated “we’re sorry and understand your frustration. We will follow up and reach out to our maintenance team on the ground and get you an update,” I never received any update, and not one thing in the apartment, even simple things, were repaired or provided. It is not furnished like the pictures, was dirty and in complete disarray when I arrived. I was given an alternate unit for the first night which was also dirty and had no hot water. 2 other friends stayed in the same building and had the same problems. Airbnb was nearly useless, but I did get a small partial refund after many wasted hours of back and forth.”

“Sadly I would not recommend this place. The security locks were not in operation. The toilet broke. The base boards were dirty. Garbage/beer cans left on balcony. Late night stomping around upstairs. Pot smell emanated throughout the place after day 1. Was awful! There was garbage left around the back gated area, on their property. AND a half used cigarette and ashes were placed on the hood of our car.”

“HORRIBLE DEAL FOR THE PRICE. I booked this for my birthday , and I had a terrible time. If I could I would give it 0 stars. It was SO many bugs in that apartment, I couldn’t even eat any of my takeout food. THE WORST air bnb spot Downtown Cincinnati.”

“Wasn’t what we expected. Place was dirty. It looked like it was spot cleaned. I normally have fine experience but honestly it was shocking to see how not very clean it was. The bathtub had hair in it, the toilet paper holder a bunch of collected dust. The kitchen cabinets and microwave was stained with grease and food stains.”

“Would not recommended. Dirty upon arrival, lights and toilet didn’t work properly, gave us the wrong apartment number at check in and walked in on another guest in the living room”
