Manager Review

Global Luxury Suites

Global Luxury Suites's guest rating of 4.42 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

First check in day is Sunday, they did not provide the key to the front desk that allow me to enter. Had to live in the hotel right next door for 2 nights. Recommend they should have a spare key and give it to the front desk so when renters lock themselves out, they can give it to the renters

We had a pleasant stay. The customer service is completely useless for any issues whatsoever

The stay had several issues impacting the overall experience. Shortly after checking in I was locked out of the apartment due to an entry/battery malfunction & wasn’t able to regain access for 1.5 to 2 hrs while all of my belongings remained in side. Maintenance eventually replaced the battery & used additional keys to regain access. The apartment itself showed noticeable wear & maintenance concerns, including loose bathroom fixtures, cleanliness, so many visible wall scuffs/damage, & in an overall condition that didn’t fully match expectations from the listing presented. Noise & smell transfer between units was also significant throughout the stay. I could clearly hear neighboring guest. The only credit I’ll give the host was that the customer service agents were polite in communication & acknowledged my concerns raised. However, the inspection/review process during the stay was poorly communicated & they never followed through. They stopped responding.Airbnb wasn’t helpful -10 ⭐️

This was a BAD experience for us. We are Airbnb Hosts and we understand issues but the problems we had weren’t even addressed. First, they spoke about parking being an option and didn’t tell her until we arrived that the parking had to be approved 24 hours before and cost $20 a night. Tried to speak with them about it and they told us to park on the street. This would be fine, just say that initially. Shortly thereafter, the bed broke. It was not properly assembled, fairly cheap and broke on the first night. We contacted them and they told us they would send an “inspector” who never showed. They just stopped responding. We ended up leaving a day early and we still have yet to hear from them. I would avoid this property.

Unit itself is clean & nice views but the property feels very run down, with noticeable wall scuffs, stained/discolored areas, and carpets that looked worn and poorly maintained throughout the building. Parking and valet were also frustrating- we waited about 30 minutes just to get assistance. The beds were uncomfortable/noisy and the light-filtering shades let in so much sunlight that we were woken up at sunrise every morning. It's a shame because the actual unit had potential, but the condition and management of the building really took away from the stay. The toilet paper, paper towels and linen were very thin and cheap. One of the black chairs at the small square table was completely peeling all over the place and needs to be replaced. Lastly, the listing photos never showed the 2 twin beds in 1 room like there was in this property. There is no basic cable and even when we call them they never responded to us to try to help. It did its job for 3 nights but I wouldn’t be back.

Room is not the exact same as pictured have in mind this might be an example of the room, but not the exact same, just the beds and bed area was. Beds are massive, double king indeed But everything else is different: different desk and chair, completely different sofa, NO dining table at all like shown in the pictures, no actual balcony or access to it, not even the coffee maker is the same, is the old one, filter needed, and there wasn't even coffee there, or sugar, or coffee filters. There was no enough utensils or the knife set shown in the picture, and there wasn't even more trash bags to replace the one and only the trash can had. This is definitely a place to just sleep in and not do anything else, more like for people that come to visit others or do touristic things. there was no remote for the TV and it was delivered the very next day, Host is unresponsive, replies late and doesn't even read the messages what makes u repeat yourself again, wouldn't rent again.

Definitely overpriced for the service, but has more potential as a place. The unit was just very unkept and wasn’t suitable for the experience you pay for. It almost seems like they give a fair hotel-like experience with motel-like service.

2 Stars (4 = property; 0 = service). Lovely property but horrible service (both at the front desk and with the host) brings down the rating. Despite paying for parking, we did not get access to it until nearly 24 hours after we arrived. When we had problems the concierge could not help and referred us to a building management firm. Despite advertising a 24 hour emergency line, I was put on hold for 30 minutes. On the last day, there was an art fair with signs saying that the street would be closed. We asked at the desk, who told us that the garage would be closed that closed the street outside the parking garage requiring me to find a public garage 2 blocks away. Mgt did not provide us with advance information on the art fair disruption until much later that evening after I had already moved the car. I requested a refund of my parking charges one week ago and have not had a response.

I stay in a lot of air bnbs while traveling for work, and this has to be my least favorite. The whole hallway leading up to the unit reeked of trash from the trash chute, the unit smelled of old food as well. The second bedroom had no window and was pitch black all day. The shower would only stay warm and powerful for about 3 minutes and then would become cold and weak. I also received at least 20 emails asking for my information for check in for all guests immediately after booking the unit. This was months in advance to arrival and continued all the way up to my stay even after I had submitted the information. This is not a place I recommend staying.
