This is in the perfect location of downtown Phoenix! We had a blast renting scooters to ride over to Chase Field, plenty food, coffee shops and things to do/see in downtown. We basically used scooters the whole time. There are pros and cons to this Airbnb, as there are with any Airbnb. Some highlights for this particular location: the LOCATION is top tier; the simplicity of the space is great, the company that hosts has everything you need for a great stay. Great stay overall & lots of natural light- bring a sleep mask if you don’t like light peeking through the shades because it’s not blacked out by the curtains by any means. Furthermore, I will say the arrival instructions aren’t that clear & they don’t tell you that parking in the garage is $20/day if you organize it in advance with the host. We did this and it was smooth once we figured out the garage opened automatically and the parking pass is up in the room. There’s not a ton of street parking available, so plan accordingly.

This was a BAD experience for us. We are Airbnb Hosts and we understand issues but the problems we had weren’t even addressed. First, they spoke about parking being an option and didn’t tell her until we arrived that the parking had to be approved 24 hours before and cost $20 a night. Tried to speak with them about it and they told us to park on the street. This would be fine, just say that initially. Shortly thereafter, the bed broke. It was not properly assembled, fairly cheap and broke on the first night. We contacted them and they told us they would send an “inspector” who never showed. They just stopped responding. We ended up leaving a day early and we still have yet to hear from them. I would avoid this property.

Pool was nice. The apartment could’ve been cleaned better though. I found hair on the bed and towels, stains on the comforter, and there was trash left from previous guests in the cupboards. I had to rewash any dishes I used due to crusted food and dust. The lamp at the desk also didn’t work, which made it difficult to work there. Neighbors were also really loud well after 1am I’d come back, but probably wouldn’t pay $500 again.

Place looks just like the photos view looks even better at night. Instructions were clear didn’t have any issue getting in even with the app as some others did. Only thing is parking is limited but as long as you reserve a parking while booking it’s perfect. Definitely will be coming back.
