“The location is great, very convenient to Reston Towne Center with good access to METRO system. The unit was very clean although showing signs of wear in places. The property company (Churchill) seemed more oriented to providing a corporate apartment but was responsive to questions/concerns (initial lack of water as example). Only real hiccup was that there were three slightly differing instructions on check out process. Again, when clarification was requested the response was timely and seemed to be accurate.”

“The apartment building is wonderful, there were lots of difficulties working with GLS but overall it was a great stay because of the actual unit and building. The amenities are amazing and the location is great.”

“Gorgeous view BUT apartment is stark, lacks amenities you might consider standard for an AirB&B listing. Do not be fooled by "easy parking" - in-building parking is impossible to find and wildly expensive. "Across the street" parking may cost less, but it's over a block away. Our trouble began with a tripped breaker to the refrigerator. Perhaps unrelated, the entire top 10 floors (including ours) then experienced a catastrophic power failure. Zero communication from Global Luxury Suites. Given the glaring safety ramifications, we had to check out late at night for a long drive home. Numerous attempts to secure an accommodation for our interrupted stay have resulted in nothing - promised resolution has never happened, and we simply cannot get through to someone who can help. Given the astronomical price, we are hugely disappointed and will avoid Global Luxury Suites like the plague. With such poor customer attention, they have no business listing this as an AirB&B.”

“The apartment was like the pictures. Although they had a lot of instructions on how to leave the place as is and throw out garbage they didn’t have clear instructions on how to get into the place. There were multiple key fobs provided with no instructions on what is what or how to operate the elevator system for example which required one of the key fobs. I had to get the concierge to help. They were also not able to accommodate early check in which is unfortunate. And also although my reservation was for two people I found they had the washroom towels set up for one person. They had extras in the bedroom closet but for me that it displayed lack of attention to detail when in comes to making the place ready for the number of guests arriving. I actually ended up coming alone so I can’t speak to the pull out couch and what the experience would have been like if we were two people.”

“The home itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We’ve stayed in this building twice, and unfortunately both stays came with communication issues. Parking was also a hassle and resulted in paying for it for the duration of our stays, and I wish the process had been explained more clearly when booking. The front desk was very helpful, and Airbnb Support ultimately had to fill in the gaps when communication was lacking. During our most recent stay, we had to cancel due to an unexpected family circumstance. When trying to return the keys and follow the proper steps, the host was unresponsive while also repeatedly implying we might access the property after cancellation, which was frustrating and unnecessary. The property itself is lovely, but based on both experiences, I would be hesitant to stay again. Be prepared for possible communication issues, limited flexibility, and parking complications.”
