“The apartment has some pros like convenient parking and easy app-based check-in. However, it is far from luxury; it looks a bit dated and the floors needed a wash. Our main issue was how uncomfortable we felt. On our first morning, we received a cold email accusing us of noise and "heavy footsteps," even though we had arrived late and just went to sleep. This formal accusation without verifying facts made us so anxious that we became hyper-aware of every sound, noticing other residents' footsteps through the poor insulation. It made us feel completely unwelcome and stressed for the rest of our stay. We just wanted to leave and would not return.”

“Nice apartment, well equipped, in and around the apartment. Great place to stay if in Mountain View for a few days.”

“The stay was okay, but there were a few issues. The sink was already backing up and dirty before use. The bed is listed as a queen but feels smaller, closer to a double. The bathroom lock is broken, which affects privacy, and the bathtub stopper is also broken, so you can't take a bath. Basic cooking is possible, but no oil is provided. As this is a pet-friendly place, there may be some hair or odor, which may not be an issue for those who are not sensitive to it”
