“clean and nice but check-in was the absolute worst experience of my life. no instructions, no communication, took at least an hour to get into my unit. didn't even know the unit number until I asked... pretty horrible experience in that regard.”

“Nice apartment, well equipped, in and around the apartment. Great place to stay if in Mountain View for a few days.”

“The stay was okay, but there were a few issues. The sink was already backing up and dirty before use. The bed is listed as a queen but feels smaller, closer to a double. The bathroom lock is broken, which affects privacy, and the bathtub stopper is also broken, so you can't take a bath. Basic cooking is possible, but no oil is provided. As this is a pet-friendly place, there may be some hair or odor, which may not be an issue for those who are not sensitive to it”

“The host never responded. Just like a ghost. I waited at the street of the booked apartment for over seven hours; calls or messages to the host are blocked. When midnight, Renz from Airbnb helped me secure a hotel room. It was a terrible experience to deal with the no response host. I like Airbnb; amazing for travels.”
