“I didn’t like the rules of cancellation, so unfair.”

“The building is great and the location is perfect, lots of things to do and easy access to metro and groceries. The building has anything you need and the apartment is beautiful. Check-in was particularly easy and the building is ok with AirBnB, which makes everything easier! However, the bed is really uncomfortable, and when I arrived there was hair in the tub, Global Luxury took about 3 days to send someone to clean and not only didn't offer any compensation for having human hair in the tub when I arrived, but also denied any compensation when I asked. I think they assumed free housekeeping after I complained and sent photos was enough compensation. The whole process to have someone come clean was difficult and slow. I didn't have to communicate with Global Luxury after, but I did need to extend my stay, I did so through AirBnB and that was really easy.”

“Its a good place but definitely not worth the price for us since it was under construction at the lobby during our whole stay, and the gym was closed due to the same reason. Kept having to go around the building with our kids in the stroller, which defeated the purpose of booking this place for convenience”
