“We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a very peaceful neighborhood and lots of places to bike to nearby. Would recommend!”

“The house was clean, but we had a problem with the AC thermostat. It stopped working and the temperature went up to 80 degrees. I wish the service person had asked us for permission first before entering the house. I understand the AC needed to be fixed, but we should have been contacted and given a chance to know someone was coming inside.”

“Overall a great experience, a few things to note. The carpet was gross, stains all over and the beds were horrible in terms of comfortability. The primary bed room bed was broken and coils in our back so bad we had to buy a mattress topper. I reached and the response was I’ll send to the team and no one reached out, didn’t offer to repay for the topper or even come look at the mattress. The blinds could definitely use cleaning as there as cob webs in the other bedroom down stairs. The interior itself needs a good cosmetic upgrade. As far as location, check in, and check out was great and easy to understand. I think with a little TLC it would feel a little better inside because it really is cute. The other thing I didn’t like is I feel like 5 star reviews are gained because they offer you a chance to win a $250 gift card for a good review and I don’t feel like that’s a good representation of the place itself. While cute, it needs work.”

“We had such a fun stay and we love the location. So bike-able and easy to find our way to the pool and beach.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was fantastic—close enough to easily bike to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which made getting around both convenient and enjoyable. The private beach access was a huge bonus and made our beach days effortless. The condo itself was very clean and well-stocked with plenty of linens and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well throughout our visit. While the unit is a bit dated and could benefit from a few minor cosmetic fixes and updates, these were relatively small issues and did not impact our overall enjoyment. The only other thing we missed was having a TV in the second bedroom. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-located condo that offers great value, and we would happily stay here again.”

“The house was nice and clean; however, the bedrooms did not match the photos. The photos showed a bunk room with a full bed and two twin beds; however, when we arrived there were just two full beds, which didn’t work for our group. The host brought an air mattress but it was unfortunate to make 2 guests sleep on an air mattress when we selected this house and planned to have beds for everyone. They acknowledged it did not match the photos, but were inflexible beyond that. Besides this, the house was clean and close proximity to everything we needed.”

“The setting of this property is beautiful, backing up to the wildlife preserve with a peaceful, private feel. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool area was relaxing, and we especially appreciated the updated countertops and overall layout of the home. That said, our experience fell short of expectations for a property at this price point. Upon arrival, we found several carpet stains and sand on one of the comforters. We also discovered mildew/mold in one of the bathrooms, and the oven did not appear to function properly, taking an unusually long time to heat and maintain temperature. A property manager did come out to inspect the oven during our stay, but the issue was not resolved before our departure. To their credit, the management team responded to our messages within 24 hours and was courteous throughout our stay. However, the combination of cleanliness, maintenance, and appliance issues impacted our overall experience.”

“It’s a beautiful and comfortable place. Clean and very well equipped. The surroundings are beautiful, it’s easy to walk or bike around and close to the beach. My only complaint is that there is no basic stuff as coffee, sugar or salt. There are little things that make guesses life’s a little more easy.”
