Atlantic Realty Outer Banks in Corolla, North Carolina

“Bring everything. The amenities were not listed that I could find the people at Atlantic did get back to me when I had a question what they had. They do the bare minimum. Bring extra toilet paper extra paper towel towels, bring hand soap. If you wanna wash your hands make sure you bring your shower soap. Bring your salt and pepper all your spices. They did have a gas grill, which was nice. The drawers in the kitchen were falling apart and held together with tape. The vanity in the bathroom was crumbling and falling apart. The drain was plugged in the shower. I fixed that. It could definitely use some work. The sink fixtures were leaking underneath the counter. It’s just old and needs to be updated. The AC worked great. The house was very clean. The refrigerator is really odd to get in and out of being in the middle of the hallway. The stairs are straight up and down. The beds are hard as a rock. If it was any harder, you would be sleeping on the floor. The beach is close.”

“The house was beautiful and had everything that we could have needed for our large group of 27 people. The views were tremendous, with ample outdoor seating. Our family spent plenty of time at the pool, and the outdoor space provides everything we needed with abundant seating, and a covered seating area for people to hang out when they wanted to get out of the sun. We had plenty of space at the beach, there was never a need to get there early to "claim space". Atlantic included 6 complimentary chairs and 2 beach umbrellas that were set up on the beach daily. These were very helpful since we had several people travel by plane and this saved them from having to rent or buy chairs for the week. The kitchen was plenty spacious and had what we needed for cooking meals for 27 people. It had 2 huge fridges, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. The Sonos speaker system was a surprisingly nice amenity. The home theater was also used more than expected, with the young kids using it at night.”
