“Not the best stay - did not tell us we could not have electric bikes, didn't provide pool code timely etc”

“Horrible experience. I booked this place for my friends and family to stay at so they could surprise my now fiancé who I proposed to on this trip. This place had the opportunity to be perfectly fine; however, turned out to be the worst part of our trip. We found bugs and roaches everywhere in the place, my friends are calling it the Roach Motel. They were in beds, personal items, and bags. The host was given the opportunity to rectify it multiple times. First while we were still there and they “sent an exterminator” which never happened. Second by offering a majority or full refund. They just ignored us for a couple days until they finally came back with a refund offer of 10% ($150) back on a $1,500 stay where people had to seek other accommodations. They are untrustworthy and inconsiderate. Apparently, they wouldn’t mind bugs being in their beds if it were them having that experience.”

“Cons: Needs a fresh coat of paint and lots of touch ups. I don't understand having 4 bikes parked in the driveway but not allowing guests to use them. The Xplorie credit was worthless. Kitchen is truly barren -- even salt and pepper had only like 2-3 shakes before they were empty. Pros: comfortable, nice enough house. quiet community. nearby playground was good for the kids”

“This shouldn’t even be on Airbnb there is so much mold in the unit. Needs help ASAP.”

“The unit itself is great, easy walk to beach and many restaurants. Plenty of space for 5 adults and two kids. Unit had plenty of beach gear, books, and games. Our only issue was check in. It was clear that we were supposed to have received some sort of welcome email ahead of time but never did. Once check in was sorted, we had no further issues and loved the unit and our stay.”
