“The Beach House was very clean with lots of amenities. We had a young child and there were booster seats and baby gates available on site. This made our stay very convenient. Also, it was a close walk to the beach less than 10 minutes and ample parking with passes provided. Please read parking instructions carefully as we received a ticket for parking in the wrong side. The Chickahauk private parking is on the right tucked into the trees if you’re headed towards the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful, and there were nearby restaurants and shops as well as a playground we could walk to. The house has lots of extra bedding and kitchen accessories. There was a nice welcome bag with a roll of paper towels and a few dish and laundry pods. The house was very clean. There is a very soft sketchy deck board on the top deck near the bench seats so we avoided that area. The decks were nice to sit on in the evenings and screened porch was great for morning coffee. “Awesome family vacation with my girl's. Also celebrated my wife's 50th birthday!!! Absolute perfect location for our low-key vacation! The home was very comfortable and family friendly. There were games for all and the pool was a huge HIT! We were close to everything, the beach, great restaurants, and multiple attractions. I don't think we drove more than 30 mins in any direction all week! The home is in a great location on a beautiful lot. Plenty of shade or sun, depending on your preference. Quite and peaceful, we will highly recommend to family and friends!!! Huge "THANK YOU" to the owners for sharing their home!”

“The place was fantastic. Loved the setting. Lots of shade around, but you could still catch some rays by the pool. Even got to see birds, deer & squirrels in the front yard. Quiet & peaceful. So close to the beach. The only thing I could say to improve is the bath towel size. They need to be bigger.”

“Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and I would say the listing actually does the house a disservice. There are a ton of games, movies, books, pool and beach toys for use that aren’t described in the listing. Would have made packing a bit easier. The oven and washer/dryer are a little dated and at times struggled to work but the location was fantastic. 4 minute walk to a lifeguard monitored beach with an amazing pool area.”
