“We had a great stay, incredible view, very clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with high quality utensils. Parking instruction was not clear to us , but it worked perfect for our 3 vehicles. 2 parking were free and for the 3rd vehicle we paid daily rate and it was very convenient to park all 3 vehicles inside the property. We will look forward to returning soon .”

“360 was timely with responses, assisting with a few minor issues we had early on. The house was clean, but showed some signs of wear. Location was incredible, very close to public beach access that has restrooms and a lifeguard on duty. Parking was easy and the bikes were an added bonus. Rooms and bathrooms were a bit small, but we spent most of our time in the backyard. As mentioned by others, the door alarm took some getting used to. Would definitely stay again.”

“The place itself was lovely; great location, private, family-friendly, walkable to just about everything, no complaints there. My issue is with 360 Blue. They provide barebones necessities. They were not very upfront with what all was included with the place. I asked simple questions like does it come with a coffee maker, to which they responded “it should”. It either does or doesn’t, these details matter for guests who are staying multiple nights at a place. We arrived to find that it did come with a coffee maker and bag of coffee, but no filters. They said they don’t provide filters, not even offering to bring that to us during our stay. We’ve stayed at various airbnbs over the years and many of those would’ve gladly supplied that if we asked. They also only provided 3 bath towels for the length of our stay… I also didn’t appreciate that the garage door code they provided us stopped working the morning of our departure BEFORE the 10 AM checkout. I’d stay away from 360 Blue rentals.”

“Absolutely love this place! My friends and I were on a girls trip and it had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone! Comfortable beds, amazing pool, CLEAN, the view - 10 out of 10! The hosts are super responsive! We loved it so much, we plan on booking it again next year!”

“One of the most beautiful homes!!! The Home was absolutely wonderful & so clean!!! Location was amazing we would like to stay here every single time we come to 30A. The host was amazing & response time is incredible. We had the best most relaxing trip & just enjoyed the home more than words can describe! Pool is wonderful & the community is so quiet yet right in the middle of everything. Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of it !”

“I hate leaving less than a 5-star review but communication with 360 blue was very frustrating. First, weeks prior to our check-in we messaged 360 blue about accessing our wristbands early so that we could enjoy the amenities while we waited. 360 blue asked us to reach out 2 days prior to coordinate pickup. When we reached out again we were told we couldn’t access our wristbands early. I understand there are rules, but I wish this had been communicated weeks earlier so that we had more time to make arrangements. Then on our last day, I received a text asking if we wanted to extend our stay and a price was quoted to us that was supposed to be valid for 6-hours. When we went to confirm we would stay one more day, the price increased by almost double, what was originally quoted. This was after rearranging our flights, dog sitter, and telling our kids we could stay one more day. Overall, the home was beautiful and well maintained, but the communication with 360 blue was disappointing.”

“Great house in an amazing community! Only issue is that there were no pool towels for the pool at the house, and no extra bedding or linens. We had to use the same bath towels to shower and for the pool!”

“Do not stay with 360 blue or this location. We reserved this home in October. As we drive down they changed the occupancy from 15 to 10 and the day of check in canceled our reservation. Do not use this company or home.”
