Overall the place was amazing. We arrived late so it was hard to find by instructions and a for sale sign at the entrance. After locating it we had issues to get in because the code did not work. We ask for a late check out the day before and received a message that they were waiting on approval. Message several times to confirm and never received a response. Other than this few issues the place was wonderful and off to its self.

Overall, a good home in a perfect location, especially if you want to enjoy the bay side, ocean, and state park. A quiet and safe neighborhood for the kids, and the residents were very friendly. A few things were a little frustrating: the dryer wouldn’t stay closed and we had to prop a chair against it, one toilet handle was broken and we had to adjust it every time it was used, and one of the eyes on the stove only worked on high. We also weren’t able to get into the house until after 5:30 because they didn’t have sheets for the beds, even though we were there at 4:00 which was check in time. And the swim spa wasn’t cleaned until part way through the week.

Nice house, it is very close to the beach. The beach is not crowded at all, pretty private. It is a bit of a drive to grocery stores etc, (~30 mins to piggly wiggly.) But there’s a fair amount of restaurants and smaller things nearby. The community pool (while not very big) rarely had anyone in it during out stay and was a quick bike ride away. The house was nice and modern. We enjoyed our stay. Only drawback was not getting the correct gate code when checking in made things a little complicated after a long drive.

Our stay at One Particular Harbour was lovely. We enjoyed the location, because the street was quiet and secluded. It was about a 4 minute walk to the beach & included access to a community pool, across the street. The inside of the house was very spacious, with an open layout, that is comfortable and calming. The wrap around porch was nice to enjoy in the cooler mornings and breezy evenings. The fenced in yard was great to have for our dog. Echoing other guests’ reviews when they say this rental comes with the bare minimum. Sheets and bath towels are included, but otherwise it has very limited house hold essentials. I would be sure to bring: trash bags, paper towels, spices, dish soap, detergent, etc. Just note, the house does not provide any beach amenities. Bring or rent what you are going to want for the beach, and I would highly recommend procuring a wagon to wheel your beach gear down the boardwalk, otherwise it may require multiple trips. Overall, great place!

Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed staying in this place. The kids loved the pool and the outdoor shower was super helpful when coming back from the beach. Great location to get to and from the beach, town or the state park. There were several lights both inside and outside that didn’t work and quite a few stains on the couch in the living room.
