“Rented the house bc 5 BRs, each with a tv. 1st day told 360 the MBR tv was broken, 2 remotes for the 5 TVs were missing, upstairs main tv would not connect to WiFi. Daily reached out to 360 for updates. Never remedied. Only working upstairs tvs were in the baby rooms. Vacuum was broken. Nothing was replaced. They explained that they needed owner approval to proceed. So sandy dirty floors and crawling babies. Wanted to watch Boston/Yankees playoffs all week in the den, but that being the only operational tv on the main level and with young children, we could not. Owners provided a lovely home, management was slow, daily drips of information, and after 5 full days did not provide temporary substitute smart tvs or vacuum. With Walmart down the road inexpensive replacement TVs were such an easy fix. 360 will credit us $160 for our inconvenience, we asked for $100/day early on, hopefully to get them to fix the issue quickly. Poor service, no way to appeal the disagreed upon offer.”

“Absolutely gorgeous beachfront condo with luxury amenities and a perfect location on 30A. The photos don’t do the condo justice….it’s even more beautiful in person with the high ceilings and the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. It was very spacious and large, especially with the huge wrap around balcony. We highly recommend this condo! It was a perfect walk or bike ride to the Big Chill, Alys Beach & Rosemary in one direction and Seaside to the other. We have been visiting 30A for years but have to say this community was one of our favorites because how serene Watersound is. It was quiet, luxurious and safe. The beach was very private too and we truly enjoyed riding our bikes as a family around Watersound. 100% recommend this condo, as well as 360 Blue- they were very responsive, friendly & professional.”

“Beautiful home in a great location. It is beautifully furnished and spacious. The kitchen was fantastically equipped! It’s a quick walk across the street to the beach and the pool was a great addition. We will be back.”
