“We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed this property for our family vacation. The house itself is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The community felt very safe, peaceful, and well maintained. The location was great- easy walking distance to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the beach access itself, plus a quick drive to Seaside. The included bikes were a great bonus. We also had a great experience with the rental company. They were responsive, answered questions very quickly, and were extremely helpful with recommendations throughout our stay. A couple things to note for longer stays: the home had very limited cooking basics available. There were pots and pans, but no salt, pepper, or common spices/oils, so you may want to bring or purchase your own if planning to cook often. Additionally, beach towels were not provided, so guests should plan to bring or buy those. Overall- highly recommend for a 30A stay!”

“We had the most amazing stay for my bachelorette party weekend. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The house was clean, spacious and was absolutely beautiful! The pool and outside spaces and decks were awesome for entertaining. The beach access was so convenient and easy to access in the neighborhood! This house was within great walking distance to nearby coffee shops and restaurants and a short drive to Rosemary beach! We would recommend this house to anyone coming to 30A. We created some of the best memories here during our weekend stay. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful house and all that it has to offer .”

“The house is absolutely beautiful and truly speaks for itself. The elevator was amazing and made moving luggage between floors so easy. The location is PERFECT, less than a one-minute walk to the beach access, and the beach itself is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. The home is also fully stocked with everything you’d need for a beach stay, including chairs, umbrellas, towels, bikes, and a golf cart. The surrounding towns are also very cute and fun to explore, with everything you might need if traveling from out of state. One thing to note is that it can be very difficult to find parking for the golf cart in town. Overall, this home is a 10/10. It’s stunning, in an unbeatable location, and we would absolutely recommend it for a beautiful beach getaway.”
