360 Blue in Seacrest, Florida

“Listing was as described and 360 Blue was responsive in all communications. House is a well used rental. Main microwave did not work, but had one added to the countertop and another in the pantry. Oven has seen better days and did not always come up to temperature accurately. Downstairs garage/bedroom conversion gets extremely warm and 360 Blue had to come add another window unit. Whole house alarm went off at 2-3 AM one night with no known cause. 369 Blue came out to inspect the next day but because there was no main cause there was nothing to be done.”

“I said in my review last year that we would be back. And, we were. This was our 2nd year in a row staying here. It is perfect for our annual family beach trip. Clean, great amenities, and very accessible to the beach. We’ll be back again next year :)”

“Host was responsive and home was as described. Host was very helpful in making recommendations. Our family had plenty of space to spread out.”

“It is a beautiful condo. Our only complaint is the internet service. While there are tv’s in every room the cable service in the bedrooms was very intermittent and in some non existent. Other than that it’s a wonderful place to stay. The roof top pool is awesome.”

“We brought our family of 5, grandparents, and au pair and we all fit comfortably. The best part of the house is that it is exactly across the street from the beach access. It was so easy to go back and forth. It’s also bikeable to both The Big Chill & Alys beach which was awesome. We also loved using the pool and backyard after we were done with the beach for the day. My only recommendation would be to put black out curtains in the kids bunk room (ours still nap). Besides that a really wonderful stay!”
