Sunnyside Homes's guest rating of 4.68 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The hosts were responsive when texting, however they were not timely with issues. For example the smoke alarm started chirping at 4am. We woke up, left for the day, came back 7+ hours later and they still had not replaced the battery. This place was fine- cleanish, decent location, but was just not great. With some TLC it would be great!”airbnb

“Good: Central Location, ample parking, nice resort. Bad: 2nd bedroom and ensuite doors did not close completely within the unit. Shower fixtures had a lot of rust and black mold on them. Floors left your feet dirty. Many towels were stained. Stain on the main bedroom fitted sheet. Took off fitted sheet to find a large (approx. 4" x 4") potentially blood stain on the mattress pad. Messaged host, and they offered to send the cleaners in the morning (it was approx. 10pm). Not wanting to sleep in a dirty bed, we went to Target and purchased new bedding. Was promised a refund but did not hear back. When following up (13 days after checking out) - I was told it is being reviewed by a 'team". This cost me $80 and 30 minutes to fix - which blows my mind that they would not have just done this themselves. Looking back at a review from May 2026, there was also a review that mentioned cleanliness and blood. It seems to me they had notice about this but it was not resolved.”airbnb

“Place is nice but needs a lot of maintenance, especially backyard with pool . The protective screen to keep out flies is all damaged . Also carpet had a stain on it on master bedroom . There was no soap , shampoo or conditioner or body wash, also no toilet paper or hand paper . Backyard was fully full of dog poop in grass and also there was no doggy poop bags . Backyard needs a lot of maintenance and seems either the owner don’t know or the cleaning company ain’t really cleaning . It was dusty inside the house . Pool was dirty as well I had to buy with my own money a new pool cleaning stick cuz the one that was there was broken also the shower that’s outside not working .”airbnb

“The two nice things about the unit is the community pool and the upstairs is spacious enough for a group of 7. Other than that the place requires a lot of issues to be fixed. Not sure if we were just the unlucky ones or if you will face the same issues. Here are a few things you might not like. The showers smelled like wet dog. We were locked out because they have a key for the locks of the front door, that we were not told about. They will only provide you with a code, so be ready for your plans to be ruined if you get locked out since you will have to wait to gain access to the unit again. I Would also not recommend it to anyone with small children, as the stairs can be steep & they do not have any safety gates at the top or bottom. You will more than likely get anoyed with the alarm of the sliding door going off & on (fyi bottom lock of sliding door doesn't work properly) probably thats why they put a top lock. I would not consider staying here again.”airbnb

“Overall the place looks nice, but the carpets felt sticky walking barefoot on them, the photo of the pool in the listing belongs to another community that is about a mile away, the pool in this community is not as nice.”airbnb

“My experience was absolutely disastrous. From the moment I arrived, the place smelled terrible, the bathroom was filthy, and the entire environment felt dirty and unacceptable. I was so uncomfortable that I never even stayed there. I immediately requested a refund, I never received any affirmative response or even a sincere apology, which made the experience even worse. This level of negligence and disrespect toward customers is completely unacceptable. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.He didn't return my money”airbnb

“Extremely disappointing experience. The property had a serious lack of hygiene and was not clean at all upon arrival. We found blood stains, hair in multiple areas, insects, and overall unsanitary conditions throughout the property. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. The condition of the place made several members of our group so uncomfortable that half of us left early and had to book a last-minute hotel. What made the situation even worse was that during a phone call we were promised a refund for the last night because of the condition of the property, but that promise was never honored afterward. We documented everything with photos and records of communication. This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking.”airbnb

“The gated neighborhood was great and beautiful but we were disappointed with several aspects of our stay as the listing did not match the reality of the home. First, the bed sizes were misleading; despite the description and photo captions claiming a King bed, all beds were significantly smaller (more like a Queen, Double, and Single). The amenities also fell short. The pool water level was very low upon arrival (the jets were shooting out of the pool and it was below the second step) and we were asked by the host to fill it ourselves. Prospective guests should also know that the 'spa' is not a hot tub unless you pay a $40/night heating fee and provide 3 days' notice. Inside, the house had noticeable dog urine stains on the carpets, and stained chairs. We were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay (which if you have multiple people over a few days that’s not enough) Additionally, remotes in the smaller rooms were non-functional, making it impossible to.”airbnb

“Good and clean place to stay at, bring extra toilet paper, the places had 1 roll in the bathroom and didn’t leave any extra trash bags to use. But overall a good Airbnb to stay at.”airbnb

“I was not satisfied with my stay . Upon arrival I had to purchase pots and pans to cook . Also no tissue or paper towels . The house was still dirty from previous guest , the trash was everywhere infront the door upon arrival”airbnb
