The home is in an older subdivsions but for the price still nice. Large and privite backyard house with lots of space in a good area. Few things the front room bedroom light/fan did not work, multiple fan/ ligths remotes but nothing labeled. The TV did not work and also the oven was broken. Was a little bummed due to the oven we did have to eat out more then we were plannign to. He did fix everything but one ( the light/fan in bedroom). Someone came back to try and fix the things broken when they came the first time no call or text to let us know someone was on the way to look at the broken things. We were on our way out. The next day a stove came we did get about hour heads up. Was missing a light cover in the master bedroom. A few small things inside and out could use a little TLC would do great for this house. Its a good house and was very easy to talk to the host very helpful! Due to the many problems we had we will not be staying with this host again.

The property fell short in a few areas, though the host deserves credit for being responsive. We stayed July 1–8, and the pool — our main reason for booking — went down on day 3 due to a filtration issue. We flagged it right away; the host responded quickly, citing a holiday weekend and parts needed. It was repaired July 7, our last day, so we had limited pool time most of the trip. Cleanliness could have been better throughout, and we found roach bait and saw live roaches during the stay. The oven was out the entire week. We also noticed a gap in the backyard fence large enough that our dog got through into the neighbor's yard — worth knowing if you're traveling with pets. The host was pleasant and engaged with the pool issue. Between the cleanliness, pests, fence, and maintenance needs, we'd want these addressed before booking again.

The hosts were responsive when texting, however they were not timely with issues. For example the smoke alarm started chirping at 4am. We woke up, left for the day, came back 7+ hours later and they still had not replaced the battery. This place was fine- cleanish, decent location, but was just not great. With some TLC it would be great!

Good: Central Location, ample parking, nice resort. Bad: 2nd bedroom and ensuite doors did not close completely within the unit. Shower fixtures had a lot of rust and black mold on them. Floors left your feet dirty. Many towels were stained. Stain on the main bedroom fitted sheet. Took off fitted sheet to find a large (approx. 4" x 4") potentially blood stain on the mattress pad. Messaged host, and they offered to send the cleaners in the morning (it was approx. 10pm). Not wanting to sleep in a dirty bed, we went to Target and purchased new bedding. Was promised a refund but did not hear back. When following up (13 days after checking out) - I was told it is being reviewed by a 'team". This cost me $80 and 30 minutes to fix - which blows my mind that they would not have just done this themselves. Looking back at a review from May 2026, there was also a review that mentioned cleanliness and blood. It seems to me they had notice about this but it was not resolved.
