“Alex's place was AMAZING! Alex was very responsive and very sweet. I would definitely stay at his place again and the price was amazing. We had a really big party and everyone fit comfortably. We did get the pool heated and the kids really enjoyed that. Overall, great host, great house, and great location.”

“when we first arrived the trash Bin was the first thing we saw broken into pieces.Then we wasn't there 5mintues and a detective came and told me he was taking pictures because there were a murder at this house a month ago all I could say was WOW that was the beginning of a nightmare then I started to look aroused the place and all I saw was problems nothing work in the house the games he had upstairs none of them was working.The AC had no filters in them at all the house was hot.the bunk beds was broken all of them ther were stains on a lot of the bed liens.The kids had nothing to do in the house because everything was broken .The host Alex responded to all my texts saying he was sorry about the place but as I read the reviews on this house it been these same problems since the early 2025 and that's ridiculous I recommend no one not to rent this house because you will be very disappointed.”

“Overall the place looks nice, but the carpets felt sticky walking barefoot on them, the photo of the pool in the listing belongs to another community that is about a mile away, the pool in this community is not as nice.”
