“House was definitely nice a lot of the chairs were loose and needed to be tightened neighbors complained about noise even in the daytime you couldn’t really enjoy yourself with family and music that’s our only thing that I did not like and with the amenities I feel like if a full roll of tissue is not on the roll then you should put an extra one at least in the bathroom”

“The two nice things about the unit is the community pool and the upstairs is spacious enough for a group of 7. Other than that the place requires a lot of issues to be fixed. Not sure if we were just the unlucky ones or if you will face the same issues. Here are a few things you might not like. The showers smelled like wet dog. We were locked out because they have a key for the locks of the front door, that we were not told about. They will only provide you with a code, so be ready for your plans to be ruined if you get locked out since you will have to wait to gain access to the unit again. I Would also not recommend it to anyone with small children, as the stairs can be steep & they do not have any safety gates at the top or bottom. You will more than likely get anoyed with the alarm of the sliding door going off & on (fyi bottom lock of sliding door doesn't work properly) probably thats why they put a top lock. I would not consider staying here again.”

“Everything looked just as in the pictures, it was great, plenty of room and clean. Good quiet area and plenty to do.”

“when we first arrived the trash Bin was the first thing we saw broken into pieces.Then we wasn't there 5mintues and a detective came and told me he was taking pictures because there were a murder at this house a month ago all I could say was WOW that was the beginning of a nightmare then I started to look aroused the place and all I saw was problems nothing work in the house the games he had upstairs none of them was working.The AC had no filters in them at all the house was hot.the bunk beds was broken all of them ther were stains on a lot of the bed liens.The kids had nothing to do in the house because everything was broken .The host Alex responded to all my texts saying he was sorry about the place but as I read the reviews on this house it been these same problems since the early 2025 and that's ridiculous I recommend no one not to rent this house because you will be very disappointed.”
