“Alex was very responsive throughout our stay. The townhouse itself was as described, although it had fairly basic, minimum essentials. Our main concern was that the listing did not disclose that the resort’s pool, lazy river, and spa would be unavailable during our stay. These amenities were an important factor in choosing this property. We stayed for four days and had planned to spend two days at the parks and two days enjoying the resort. Because the resort amenities were unavailable, we had to adjust our plans and ultimately spent an additional $600 to take the kids to a water park. Alex offered a $50 refund, which I did not accept because it did not reasonably reflect the impact of the unavailable amenities or the additional expense we incurred. For future guests, I recommend confirming directly with the host before booking that all resort amenities advertised with the property will be open and available during your stay, particularly if those amenities are an important part of”

“Place is nice but needs a lot of maintenance, especially backyard with pool . The protective screen to keep out flies is all damaged . Also carpet had a stain on it on master bedroom . There was no soap , shampoo or conditioner or body wash, also no toilet paper or hand paper . Backyard was fully full of dog poop in grass and also there was no doggy poop bags . Backyard needs a lot of maintenance and seems either the owner don’t know or the cleaning company ain’t really cleaning . It was dusty inside the house . Pool was dirty as well I had to buy with my own money a new pool cleaning stick cuz the one that was there was broken also the shower that’s outside not working .”
