“If you ever need a place for a large group or family to vacation, this home has it all . Walkable to the beach, the large community pool, even though it has its own pool. The plus is the Dunesider grill which accommodated my grandkids during the trip. They could go get a meal or snack anytime they wanted . The beach is stunning and not overly crowded as it is a private beach in Watersound . Quiet at night, not so hustle and bustle which we all loved. Close to grocery stores, shopping and some of the best restaurants. I love this place, my family loves this place. We felt at home. It’s a beautiful home and had every amenity needed. Right down to the beach toys and umbrella for those rainy days . The beds and pillows were so comfy. Everything was so clean. Very well managed. The best part, easy departure . They ask very little when you check out! Made my live easier. Highly recommended and worth every penny! We will be back .”

“My family and our friends stayed and kids ages 4-17. We had no problems getting to and from the beach. Everything was so convenient. Everyone enjoyed the pool and loved the big kitchen. We were so close to everything to eat and shop. We had a couple of issues come up and the hosts responded immediately and resolved it quickly. We’ve stayed at other places in Rosemary and this is our favorite so far. Hope to come back soon!”

“This was our first time in Florida and we couldn't have asked for a better trip!!! It was myself, my husband, our three kids, and our dog. As soon as we walked in, we all felt right at home! It was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and had even more amenities than we realized. We enjoyed a family movie night one night at The Big Chill (easy to walk to), a couple nights of live music, and our girls were able to create a memorable Build-a-Bear at The Big Chill too! We also made it to the Pirates Voyage Dinner Show which was only about 30 minutes away! The fact that they were so responsive the entire time made it easy to relax!!! Highly recommend this place!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay in WaterSound. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent — close to shops, the beach, scenic neighborhoods, and convenient to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and the surrounding 30A area. The house itself was beautiful and had a relaxing coastal feel that made it easy to unwind.. It felt upscale, peaceful, and very safe. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in/check-out was super easy. Overall, this was a great experience and a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again.”
