“Queen City by the Seas is a great place to stay. It is in a very quiet, private area but still a quick drive to the beach. The house is amazing with lots of space. The awesome community pool is just a few steps away and is really convenient. Our host was always responsive and we didn't have any issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to any of my friends and family for a perfect vacation.”

“My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary over a long weekend in October. We loved our stay! Had a small issue getting in after a late flight but the host team was responsive and helpful. This is a small street of homes with direct beach access and gated entry with a security guard on duty. It was peaceful, quiet, and lovely. Close enough to the action of Rosemary and Alyse but a retreat when wanting to step away from it. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt!”

“This was our absolute favorite vacation! The home and beach accommodations were unparalleled! Our 4-year-old to our 76-year-old parents (and every age in between) thoroughly cherished the dock, the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the elevator, and the two laundry rooms. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a game changer. We had a blast biking and utilizing the golf cart. We fished, ate at wonderful restaurants, cooked, and swam our hearts out. The walk to the beach was nothing! The host was super responsive and kind. We feel so fortunate to have this memory and can’t wait to go back!”

“I especially liked these things as compared to some places I have stayed in at 30A: many matching dishes (both breakable and nonbreakable), glasses (including wine glasses), flatware; the pool was simple, but clean and pleasant (we were the only ones there for an entire afternoon); and the management company does a really nice job (providing information, startup package, etc.). Also, Bama fans to the left of us and the right.”
